The hotel has no elevator my husband has a bad knee and we had to walk up a flight and of stairs with luggage, the hall way smells like urine and the room appears clean but it’s a non smoking room and there’s a smoke smell, the parking areas all the way around hotel is dark and the secured outside door that you suppose to swipe your card isn’t secure you just push on it don’t have to swipe your card to get in the hotel. All in all I would have canceled my room if I hadn’t booked on orbitz. The hotel won’t reimburse when it’s booked on a site.

Staff was awesome! Breakfast was pretty good. Lobby was very nice. The room was nice, a little dated but that’s just cosmetic. AC was spot on! Bed slept well. TV was a little temperamental but not a big deal. All in all, we were fine and happy.

It was ok. They had changed their computer system so my Expedia reservation “wasn’t showing up in their system” so it took 45 minutes to check in. I was pleased that they were able to honor my paid reservation. It is a very inexpensive “hotel” so all I can say is you get what you pay for. I wasn’t looking for luxury so I can’t fault them for their mediocre accommodations. It was clean and tolerable.

Decent option when needing to budget under 100

The bed was comfortable. I liked having the small balcony my 6yr old got a huge kick out of it. He enjoyed the pool and even made a few friends while playing. The breakfast options were good and it helped having that option. The only issue was the WiFi never worked and the tv had a bad connection for just about every other station. Overall I would stay again as it was close to where I needed to be.

beds comfortable, the room was quiet and clean, but everything else was incredibly disappointing. the entire property looks to have been neglected for about 5 years. certain areas of the building had a stench. the internet was slow to the point of unusable. the front desk mentioned i could try the other access points, but they were all unusable. the dining room chairs all stained, the "breakfast" was disappointing. the extended-stay building could be mistaken for sheltering the homeless. I regret the stay.

The floor in my room was wet. Smoke alarm covered in a plastic bag. Black mold.. trash piled up at end of hallway all weekend. Refrigerator full of someone elses food. This could be the worse hotel i have ever stayed at. Tried to move hotels but couldn't get my money back. Do not stay here.

We spent one hour of our two night stay. Drove 8 hours for my graduation ceremony and upon arrival noticed that a/c was gonna be a problem. Went to front desk and there were several people complaining of the same issue. I also told her that our reservation was for a non smoking room and that ours smelled of smoke. I was told there were no more rooms available. I had a 3 month old with me so I just left to go to another hotel. I realize this was a non refundable room but I reserved a non smoking room with a/c and that was not what I got. To me, a refund should be warranted for this circumstance. Expedia reached out to Ashmore but were denied. I have called to speak with a manager but have yet to hear back. What happened to just doing what is right. I was out the cost of 2 nights plus the cost of 2 nights at other hotel.

Weekend from Hell

Was told I would have a handicap accessible room but this hotel says none of their rooms are handicap accessible!! Graduation weekend! No options! Drove 10 hours from Houston and got there at 5:30! Had to keep room. I could not fit my walker or wheelchair into bathroom!! One grab bar at bath tub. Toilet extremely low and no bars by it!! Not a chair high enough for me to sit in! Thank God I could get in the bed!! Mattress not the best! Never went to breakfast. I will let you imagine how and where I had to go to the bathroom!!! I want a refund!!! Contact me!
