This well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom home has everything you need for your visit to Lubbock. Each bedroom features a king bed, spacious closet, and bathroom. The primary bedroom also has a memory foam pull out sofa. Enjoy meals on the covered patio, cook in the spacious kitchen, or challenge your family to a game of air hockey, pop-a-shot- or foosball in the basement game room. If you are so inclined, feel free to do your laundry in the large laundry room. No matter if it is the Texas heat, a random desert rain storm, or a winter snow, your cars will be protected from the elements in the two car garage available during your stay. Check yourself in and out using our front door keypad lock. Prior to check in, please provide us with a four digit code of your choosing (make sure it is easy to remember!). On check in day, your code will be active at the front door at 4:00. You can come and go as you please. Once inside, everything is at your disposal (with the exception of several locked closets/cabinets for our cleaning team). I will not be around the listing, but will be available for any questions via messages. One of the most sought after areas of Lubbock, located near Lakeridge Country Club You can park up front and/or use the 2 car garage.
