Wonderful staff and beautiful hotel. Highly recommend.
The room was nice. When I arrived, there was a group of 20 kids over the age of 13 in white dresses, no masks in sight, in the lobby. It looked cultish. There was no room service as early as 730-8, not even a bottle of wine. We’re all doing the best we can to make the most of this pandemic. My husband and I needed a night away from the kids, and based on the hotel’s claim to be taking covid seriously, decided to go. You can’t restrict services because of a pandemic, and simultaneously allow large unmasked gatherings in your lobby. That’s not how this works. Maybe when covid is over, we’ll try again.
Truly enjoyed myself even with following safety guidelines. Incredible staycation
The staff helped in getting the room ready for my wedding night and went the extra mile for me I really appreciate it.
The only negative thing I would say is that the bartender at happy hour was not very friendly. She was rather rude on several occasions to different people in our group. Other that that the staff was amazing.
Nice Hotel location, views, staff, Breakfast, just excellent!.
Great check in. Courteous, helpfull and accommodating staff.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We had the King Suite for one night for our stay following a concert we attended. I had booked this room in advance due to the reviews I had read online. We were greeted immediately, friendly staff, beautiful hotel and the suite was absolutely fantastic. Everything was updated, clean, fresh and the continental breakfast was perfect! We will definitely book again with this hotel for our concert events in a The Woodlands!
We had a perfect trip to Woodlands, Texas to hear Lee Strobel. It began with a friendly greeting by the hotel staff. In particular, a young man named Stanley, efficiently checked us in and we received a perfect upgrade with a beautiful lake view. From the bartender to the breakfast staff, the stay was first rate. I was impressed with the lovely interior design throughout the hotel, quality of the breakfast, the rooms were beautiful, and the pool and fitness room were exactly what we had hoped for in our hotel stay. Thank you Embassy Suites, Woodlands, Texas !
The hotel was great besides the bartender who was rude. When I went to the bar for the free happy hour I asked the bartender for a beer. When I ordered a beer she told me there was two selections for the complimentary drinks. I had trouble hearing her and when I asked which two drinks were complimentary again she hesitated than told me the two beers that were free in a rude and short manner. Besides this everything was great.
Very nice stay, would stay again. Staff very cordial.
Great accomodations, clean and new. Great free breakfast.
Enjoyed my stay. Clean room, Staff was great. Will definitely stay again
This hotel had everything we needed! First of all the location was close to everything including restaurants & shopping and overlooks a beautiful lake. The breakfast that is served is so delicious and the beds were super comfortable! The next time we go to The Woodlands this is definitely the best place to stay!
Hotel was right across from lake Woodlands. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Kayaking available on lake. Complimentary managers reception each evening and made to order breakfast a huge perk. Room tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Great weekend getaway with family.
