Check in was great, monica was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. Check out was very easy. Location is close to I-45 so a little more noise due to traffic.

The property was nice, ample parking and the rooms were nice. The only complaint that I have is there was a dirty short or boxers left in our dresser drawer.

We stay at this Fairfield Inn each year when we visit the Texas Ren Fest, and each year it is a wonderful place to stay.
The hotel staff, cleaness and breakfast are fantastic! Only downside is the hotel is too close to the Interstate Highway. Could not sleep as you can hear all the traffic passing by. If you are a heavy sleeper you might be ok with this.

We were in town for a Dave Matthews concert. Hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel itself is a little outdated but very clean, good breakfast. Would stay again.
