Improvement needed
Great location. Staff was very friendly, hotel was very nice, and the bed was so comfortable. Kitchenette in room was great. Only issue we had was the bathroom door latch was broken so the door wouldn’t close properly or lock, but it was not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!
This property was perfect proximity to where I had to go to, but my room smelled of cigarettes and mold. I woke up every morning with a headache and I'm sure its because of that. The gym was nice and i used it daily, the staff was super friendly, but did not tell me they were charging 100$ pet fee . I was billed completely different prices that ended up almost double of what I expected to pay. For the rooms to smell bad, and the toiletries to not be new containers (conditioner was used.) I dont think it is fair to charge for a dog who was crated when I was gone and never made a mess. Also, be clear on charges because the shock will make me take my business elswhere. Its really unfortunate, because i have to come to Houston frequently for medical school.

Pros: Very quick check-in and check-out process Wonderful hotel Very neat and clean Excellent breakfast Front-desk staff are good and welcoming Close to highway I-45 Cons: Very small to call it a 'suite'. The room I stayed (#129) was very uncomfortable in terms of size. My 9 yr and 1.5 yr didn't have enough room to even walk around in a 'King Size Suite'.
The location was great, the room was very clean & lots of space. The bed was horrible, I had to sleep on the floor because the bed was so hard that my back hurt so bad. Also there should be 2 or 3 people making the breakfast for the guests. Their were several food items not cooked & guests had to wait more than 10 minutes for it to be brought out.
Ice machine on 1st floor was out of order. Location was off the interstate which made it quieter but also difficult to get in and out of.
Had a wonderful stay. Even though the kitchen in our room flooded the next morning because someone upstairs decided to leave the sink on it was GREAT!
Nice place, but.... There was LITERALLY no breakfast food on Sunday morning. All of the hot items were empty. The desk attendant was asked twice when the food would be brought out, he just smiled and said, "soon." In the 30 minutes we were there, "soon" never came. The breakfast attendant had zero gumption to get the food out. Very disappointing and irresponsible for a Marriott.
Good business hotel with Restaurants close by, Rooms are a little noisy that's all.. old air-co, and big refrigerator. Breakfast.. very basic..

Well worth the money. The room has everything you would need. The pool is really nice & the hotel itself is great. Will stay again.
