Great location, and staff was very friendly.

There was a water mixed with urine smell in the rooms. Cheap amenities. Wont be returning

The bathroom was not very clean and had a musty smell to it. Room was never cleaned and no fresh TP or towels. Pool was not open due to pump not working but people were still going in like it was open and no one said anything. Gross.

Good location

Horrible hotel everything unplugged tv didn’t work had to wait hours for the replacement then I was able to take my kids to have a “late” dinner once we returned sheets were stained/dirty and looked like someone already slept in then in the middle of the night had to use the restroom and yep you guessed it toilet wouldn’t flush due to clogging issues once we woke up no hot water at all so we will never stay at a Hilton not worth $226 what I was charged

Nice, quiet hotel. Very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Staff were approachable and helpful. Didn’t really use any of the amenities but it appeared that the hotel had quiet a few. Would stay here again.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Their gym is very limited but they have reciprocity with a gym 3 blocks away which is excellent! Staff at breakfast is so friendly and helpful!!

What I liked: The staff was friendly and its location was near shopping centers. What I didn't like: The room had a weird smell and it was quite noisy. The shower next door was extremely loud and waked me up a few hours before my alarm went off.

Property situated in nice part of town. Easy access to and from

Delta canceled my flight. (Planes continued to take off and land all day - Delta said it was weather). Could not make it to Houston. Hilton Garden Inn of the Woodlands. Called up staff, they said no, nothing we can do to help me out. Called up the manager and got voice mail, no return call from him ever. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am out my $ and no one from anywhere ever calls back. Never use Hilton again and will tell all my friends about this experience. Also, Orbitz was non helpful, they tried to call the hotel one time and said "sorry". What a joke. On me.

Afterafew stays the Hilton was average. Front desk not as friendly.
