I love the hotel. Have stayed there and other Marriotts many many times. I'm a Bonvoy member. What I found unacceptable was when I checked out I called down for a bellman to help with my luggage. I was informed they did not have anyone to help. I told her I couldn't carry all my bags alone. She put me on hold and returned to the line to tell me I COULD COME DOWN AND GET A CART!!! This was terribly unexpected, inconvenient and the cart was awkward to steer. I am a senior citizen with a bad neck. I left my bags, walked down stairs, pushed the cart up, loaded it alone with the door hitting me as I loaded it and awkwardly push my things down to my car. I pay for the higher rates for the Marriott Waterway bc of those services. Not having a person on duty was poor service.Very disappointed.

The staff was nice and friendly, bar staff was a great. Our 1st room smelled so bad of MOLD it was not tolerable,we had to be moved. This room had a water view. Our second room was not much better the only reason we stayed was or son had a event at the hotel. Our new view was of rooftop construction. Something must be checked about why the sell is so bad of mold.

The whole experience was not good or well received. I grew up coming out to the Woodlands. My father worked with Jorge Mitchell Cynthia Pavilion. It’s not convenient to stay at the resort anymore, especially if hospitality is an issue for the money we spent to stay with you absolutely horrible experience. I doubt we will come back againand you can thank Rubin. Oh and well I did buy her flowers

Great Location

Beautiful and very convenient location. This hotel is literally walking distance to the movies, mall, and Cynthia Woods. We had a room facing the river and it was gorgeous. The staff was kind and the service was great.
