Great room! The fixtures and furniture were very nice.
Everything was almost perfect except one thing, the ac unit in my room was incredibly loud. So loud I continually had to turn it off in order to sleep.
I had a great stay at Springhill Suites. No complaints. Staff was friendly, not noisy at all. However, some guests in the hotel were afraid to ride the elevators with african-amercians.
Staff was great but my location was pretty far from hotel...(my fault)
Stayed December 28 on way back from Florida heading to Austin.room was very clean except for a couple of small pieces of trash down under table and bed. staff was super friendly. nice breakfast buffet, but was empty of main items by 930, but workers worked hard to restock quickly. Hotel seems very modern and updated. it looks wonderful. we really like the layout of the room. everything seems very modern and the suite layout accommodated us super well. this was a great location just off I10 and with many restaurants nearby. it was also close for us to get to NASA in less than 30 minutes. we will definitely stay here again if the rates stay this reasonable.
Great looking hotel. My girlfriend & I were in awe when we stepped into the lobby. The decor was amazing. Great friendly staff. The room was even more amazing. Even after they informed us that breakfast wouldn't be open until 7am and we had to leave at 6:30 , it was open at 6:30. Definitely recommend if you have to stay in Baytown
