Stayed here a couple years ago and they have only gotten better in time. The new owners are really putting in the time effort and money into this place... And best part is my Lola(american bully) stays free.
Terribly maintained. I found cockroaches and mosquitoes in the first bed room. I requested to have my room changed and they gave me a second room.The second room also had cockroaches and mosquitoes. The problem is there are holes in the wall. Also the gap below the door and above the ground is not sealed properly which makes it possible for insects to come in and out easily.
Room was clean, amenities were lacking but you get what you pay for

It was a nice room, not a bad price, very quiet at night, easy to find, right next to the waffle house, but it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room, however they did offer coffee in the office.
There were at least 3 small roaches running around in the morning. There were some kind of cigarette burns on the side and inside the bathtub.
I knew I made a mistake as soon as I saw the lady behind the counter. She was not helpful at all. The room had bugs and very dirty. Never again
The room was clean, and the staff iscery friendly.
Not terrible, you get what you pay for.... Not in a very nice area of town, but the grounds seemed safe.

I text chatted with a rep before booking and they told me there was a shuttle from hotel. There isn't. Got there and the girl at front desk was vey nice. Went to room - the chemical smell was overwhelming. Went back to front desk and she immediately gave me a new room. This room stunk of cigarettes. I had an interview the next day and didn't want to smell like cigarettes so I chose the chemical room. There was no toilet paper in the room. The floor was stained and gross. The bedspreads were dirty. The beds were horrible quality. Cheap Dollar Store pillows. No iron or ironing board. No hair dryer. Sketchy location. I would definitely spend the extra $25-$30 the next time and get a better location and cleaner room.
