Good service

While waiting to check in, there was a long wait due to one guy helping guest while the other one was talking in the phone. I could hear the conversation and it wasn’t related to a reservation. The elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs carrying our luggage.

Awesome front desk is a complete life saver had issues with my debit card for deposit hold for my room and he was sweet an awesome enough to help me out and still give me the room! Amazing thank you so much!

Bugs in our rooms and nothing was done to help. Also, side door was never secure, left unloked 24-7.

Attentive Indian staff had all of the basics covered. However, some properties just have a very different feel from what you expect, this was one of them. My stay was very comfortable and met my needs beautifully!

It was just ok stay…What I didn’t like the sofa bed wasn’t clean at all had all of stains on it couldn’t use it!

Kiddos were sad the pool was closed. The property should announce no breakfasts due to COVID.

Made reservation on Orbitz app and when I called hotel to request courtesy shuttle from DFW airport they told me that they don’t have room available for me even when I had a confirmed reservation, so I called Orbitz to resolve this issue and Gustavo helped me a lot; finally Comfort Suites DFW Airport decided to find me an accommodation and honor my reservation. This issue make me waste my time after a loose flight connection late at night also room had a leaking sink and I had to pay a taxi to get to the hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, everything was great nice and comfy bed omg slept amazing. The pool could be cleaned more frequently but it’s outside so understandable. Would definitely go back.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are big and really nice. The pool was in a perfect area and all the amenities were open.

Wasn’t no room and no where to park and elevator stopped working

Selected property based on previous reviews. When I got there, I was given a room on the second floor. The second floor was being renovated. Why give a room to a customer on a floor that is under construction when they are only operating at 20% or less capacity? The floor was riddled with waste from the construction. The room itself was sort of cleaned, but there was cereal on and it looked as if the staff only did a light once over on the room. Overall the Motel 8, Extended Stay, and Days Inn are better choices in this area. I will not be staying there again.
