phone did not work,,,,fire alarm went off because of burnt toast,,over rated,,,

Happy to have one of the last hotel rooms available due to DFW flight cancellations.

Made me feel welcomed into the hotel. Great customer service

Lobby renovation a little disturbing. Should look good when completed.

I wish the hotel warned us the front lobby was under construction! We stayed here for my sons army graduation. He came back to our room and had powdered dust on his formal coat just walking to the elevator!!! My 11 year old son developed a rash that started 24 after arriving to the hotel and cleared up the day we got home. We were put in a handicapped room. We also had a broken ironing board and had to iron our formal clothes at floor level. We ran out of toilet paper and towels were only replaced 1 day!!! The staff was difficult to locate during a time of need. I want not happy with this stay!!!

The first few days of our stay was good. The last 2 days they must of had issues our water was turned off for some time and then the toilets started acting up. But on the positive side the breakfast was good. Most of the staff was friendly.

Such a pleasant surprise. Nicest comfort inn/suites I've ever stayed at.

Inn town for the Advocare Kick-off game. I'm a Choice member and chose this location because of the price, compared to near AT&T stadium. Room was nice, big and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable hotel in quiet area. Easy access via Hwy 114 to area of restaurants and stores.

We stayed one night. Nothing fancy about this place. No nonsense. Just a place to sleep for us. The room was not air conditioned and had an odor when we first walked in. We turned the air on and left for dinner outside the hotel and when we returned in the evening, the room was cool and the odor was gone. There was a 'room' to the left of the reception desk that had drinks and snacks for sale. That was a nice convenience. Breakfast was included but we left before the 6:30am start time for that. The gas station on the "block of hotels" on that street was the most expensive around. Most others were $2.17 - $2.24, but that place was $2.56. Get gas elsewhere. Sheets appeared clean. Toilet and shower were separated from the sink area. They provided two bars of soap and teeny tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. They were so cute I took them for souvenirs. It was enough for someone with very short hair. I would've needed 3 bottles to lather my long hair. Smelled yummy though. There was a small fridge that froze our water bottles. Lol. Check out was quick and painless at 5:30am. All in all, I would return if we need another quick one or two night stay near the airport. Not sure I would for a longer stay though.

From the moment I stepped in they were very friendly. The rooms were very spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. I slept great!

Great location. Quiet, non-smoking facility, clean and safe. Very good WiFi!

Only needed a room for 1 overnight. This worked well for that.

Basically a nice enough suite-style motel. Close to the airport; good value for the money

The AC in our room was terrible, however. This is Dallas in the middle of summer! We checked in late, I told the front desk the AC wasn't working, they said give it a few minutes and if it didn't get better, they could give us a different room. However, it was 1:30am by this point and we didn't want to move rooms. The next day, they did refund half the cost of the room so they took care of us. We would still definitely go to this hotel again.

Clean comfortable room. Good overnight stay for the price.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful during our stay. Would recommend the hotel to others and would stay again at the hotel.

Excellent stay. Bed, shower and room were great. I would recommend this hotel.

Always choose Comfort Suites, and this stay was no different!

Visited here as had to stay the night in Dallas coming and going to San Juan. Very nice place--comfortable beds--loved the size of the suite's rooms. Wish they would put on their site that the free shuttle stops running to the airport at 11:45 p.m.

On behalf of the property I do apologize for the issues you have listed. I know the fire alarm was not the best thing to happen in the morning but it is very sensitive. This ensures the upmost safety for all our guests in the presence of a true emergency.

I apologize for the experience you had. I just took over as acting GM and would love if you gave me the chance to redeem the hotel and win over your loyalty.
