Everything was perfect. Rooms are big and really nice. The pool was in a perfect area and all the amenities were open.

Selected property based on previous reviews. When I got there, I was given a room on the second floor. The second floor was being renovated. Why give a room to a customer on a floor that is under construction when they are only operating at 20% or less capacity? The floor was riddled with waste from the construction. The room itself was sort of cleaned, but there was cereal on and it looked as if the staff only did a light once over on the room. Overall the Motel 8, Extended Stay, and Days Inn are better choices in this area. I will not be staying there again.

The hotel itself is pretty nice They were a little small for a suite, but bigger than regular king rooms. It also seemed perfectly clean. It was a little weathered - a few scratches on the furniture and counters. But still fine. The breakfast was non-descript, but acceptable. They were good about replacing food items before they ran out. And the morning shuttle to the airport ran right on time, The service the night before was awful. Even though we had no luggage, the front desk guy insisted we get all the way to the curb and give our exact location before he would dispatch the shuttle. It was late, so We said terminal C and offered to call back with exact location. No can do..So 12min later, we call with the exact location. He cannot provide any info as to when the shuttle might arrive so we wait and wait. The Holiday inn express shuttle passes by 3 times. The Wyndham Garden shuttle passes by twice. After 30 minutes, we call again. The front desk guy doesnt care that we are waiting outside in near freezing weather. He says he will call the shuttle again, but insists he cannot ask them for an eta. Finally after 45 minutes, the driver arrives. He then makes other stops and picks up so many people that we have to sit in each others laps. It turns out the hotel shares a shuttle with about 10 hotels. it took more than 1.5 hours from getting off the plane to check in. Then our room is 83 degrees. There are no linnens for tthe sleeper sofa and the wakeup call is 12 min late.

The only complaint I had was that there was a towel holder that was broken in the sink area outside the bathroom. Also I had to have them replace the refrigerator because the original one wasn't working. But they addressed the issue in a timely manner and were courteous and professional. I was quite pleased.

I particularly liked the staff and the cleanliness of facility.

I liked the rate, size of rooms/in room fridge and micro and the airport shuttle service. Check-in speed and staffing needs work (took me around 45 mins to successfully get a room)-- first one was occupied (thankfully that's why the first and second key card wouldn't work) and second one was excessively humid.

Tv does not work. Toilet is not secured to the floor.

When we arrived at 1 am, after waiting nearly an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport, the hotel told us they were sold out. Oh, but we weren’t to worry because they had a hotel for us to go to which was another 10 miles away. They would pay the Uber to get us there but the other hotel didn’t have a shuttle back to the airport the next morning. We decided we were not going to another hotel as we only had 3.5 hours before we needed to leave for the airport. We said we’d just hang out in the hotel lobby. Amazingly, after 30 minutes a room became available, we paid and literally had it for 3 hours before leaving on the shuttle for the airport. The guy at the front desk made it very clear that they don’t like doing business with Orbitz. We were very unhappy how the ordeal went down.
