The best part was the comfortable bed. However, the staff was not very welcoming. The room was freezing and the heat wouldn’t go on. There was also a strong smell in the room like a scented candle but stronger. The “restaurant”was horrible. It looks like a 1980s banquet room. The tables were all covered in dirty dishes, and you have to order & get your food in a to go container. Burger was super thin, pizza was not cooked all the way through. They brought us coffee that must have been around since early morning. It was super nasty. Stay somewhere else!

It started poorly with the courtesy drive from the airport,as the driver blasted music in the van. It only got worse. Our first room on the 1st floor, with an interior window, had an overwhelming smell of chlorine. Even after changing our room to the 3rd floor, that room, again with an interior window had a smell of chlorine as well. Although, not as bad. All of this was for almost $1,000. Needless to say, if it were not for the fact that we were desperate for a room, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were all lovely. Room was clean. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast was really good. It was great to be picked up from Airport via Hotel Shuttle after a 17hr Flight from Australia. Shuttle also took me back to Airport the next morning for my Flight to Richmond Va. Wonderful experience overall.

Our stay was excellent! The hotel itself was way better than expected. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had at any hotel with complementary breakfast. Comfy bed and good quality beddings. We would definitely stay here again.
