The front desk guy was super helpful i was running late and he held my room for me.I loved everything about the property

We got a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. They switched us to another room. The map of motel showed there were vending machines but there weren’t any. When I filled up our ice bucket, bugs came out of the ice machine. The room was clean and staff was friendly though.

Rude staffs and the facilities are old. Refridge keeps making noise and TV gets stuck every 5 mins when you watch it.

It was very nice just wish they had free breakfast.

The women working here are amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. Great experience... thank you so much for helping my son recover his wallet & catch his flight:)

Price and location to airport ,with shuttle, was our purpose for hotel selection. Upon arrival, we asked for a wake up call and shuttle service. The front desk clerk assured us that all was set up. In our room we found hair in our bed. We didn’t complain. I set my phone alarm. Good thing. No wake up call. I called the front desk to confirm our shuttle time and discovered that our names were not on the list and we needed to wait for the next one. The early morning front desk person was very nice. We also discovered that we had not received a 10% voucher that was complimentary. Bummer.

The staff was horrible. It took 45 minutes to check in because the other 2 staff members left the trainee by himself and he didn’t know how to do anything. The other staff members were rude and acted put out to have to do anything. It was horrible. The rooms are not very clean and the entire hotel smelled musty. The only positives are the price of parking and the airport shuttle. At least on the way there.

When I think about my visit here, I can't help but laugh. As soon as my sister and I got to our room, she went to the restroom. Upon trying to flush, the handle broke. So, I called the front desk to have someone come up to fix it or at least take a look at it. I was told there were no other rooms, but they'd be up shortly to check it out, and we waited maybe 20-30 minutes before deciding we wanted to swim before the pool closed. I ran into the lady at the front desk and she told me to call when I was back in the room. We went back, I called, she said she'd be up. We wanted to go to the restaurant before they closed, so we left after 20 minutes. Ran into her again, she apologized and said she was busy, which I understand. HOWEVER, the point when I really became frustrated was once we got back to the room, I walked out in the hallway to go do some laundry, and I saw the lady in one of the next door rooms talking to another guest, so I walked by and assumed she woud go to our room and my sister could answer the door for her. I went to the elevator and I see a shadow approaching... it's her. I just told her I ended up getting it to work because I had before I left the room for laundry and that was the end of that. When I returned, my sister told me she'd never been to the room. Other issues I had were weathered carpet, hot tub didn't work, and I saw a spider crawling across my bed before I tucked myself in :) However, this was a decent stay and I MIGHT consider rebooking.

This was a negative from start to finish. When checking in there was an older man and woman at the desk arguing about who was going to check us in. The room smelled moldy, the shower was filthy. The bed side lamp shade had huge holes in it with packaging tape over it. The outlets by the bed did not work. We wanted a late snack 2 candy bars and 2 bottles of Water $16.00. No breakfast provided. The Bistro was supposed to open at 7:30. I had an 8:05 shuttle. You have to go through multiple exit doors and hallways to find the Bistro that was not open at 7:40 when I had to go outside and around the building to get back to the lobby. The desk clerk said they should open soon. I did not get breakfast. Then I got on their shuttle that they forgot to mention stops at multiple hotels before the airport...I would NOT recommend this hotel!!!

Convenience to everything. Clean and well taken care of.....
