Terrible problem… It is NOT TRUE that airport shuttle can accommodate everyone going TO the airport. We had to use Uber as only 6 per hour can be moved in the morning. Hotels.com is lying if you sell a room and someone cannot get a shuttle in the morning.

Don’t Recommend False advertising!

False advertising as an “airport hotel & shuttle”.. no shuttle hours advertised but…Don’t stay here for late night arrivals because we called for the hotel shuttle to pick us up and was only 10 mins away from airport but it was 11:50p we were told no shuttle after midnight so Lyft cost and no room on shuttle in morning either “full” so another Lyft expense !!!! (I think the desk clerk was the shuttle driver too and was away from the phone!
