The staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast is nice and the complimentary internet had a reasonable speed. However, I had two significant issues. - The first was the phone. It did not work and a technician had to come to my room twice to fix it. Even then it still did not work correctly having to enter codes repeatably and it ringing for no reason at odd times. Also, the base charge for making any call is 5 dollars plus minute rates. - The second one is a safety issue. The power went out for a couple of hours and the rooms were so dark that I had to stumble around to get out. There are no emergency lights in the rooms at all, to go to the bathroom I had to go down to the hotel lobby restrooms that had emergency lighting. On the good side, there are many good places to dine within a 1 minute walk of the hotel. The toiletries were of higher than normal quality it seemed. The bed was one of the most comfy hotel beds in which I have slept in quite a while. The room comes with a cork screw, which was a nice convenience. Better than a lot of near air port hotels, but they have some work to do.

We stayed here after flying into Dallas before driving to Waco the next day. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport (besides our GPS being really messed up), the girl that checked us in was very friendly and got us into our room quickly, the room was clean, very modern and the bed was comfortable, and they had a nice selection for the complimentary breakfast. I would recommend it and would stay again.

It was so perfect! The room was clean. I loved how the design and decor were so modern. And there’s a full kitchen. How cool!

My family has held reunions at this facility--great common meeting areas to have informal pizza dinners and socialize. I have also used this on business trips. The kitchenette is handy if you like to do your own cooking, but the breakfast included is also a good option. Element offers several ways for you to minimize the environmental impact of your stay. I'm not a fanatic about that, but they make it easy without sacrificing comfort.

I could live here! Our room had a king-sized bed, sectional couch, desk and a kitchen with large frig, sink, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and all the items needed for cooking and eating. And the TV had input capability to play movies from a laptop or iPad.

Nicely located near DFW airport without the noise of the airport. Had an adjoining room but doors between rooms needed better noise buffering. Room had nice kitchenette features. Decor was chic and minimalist. Bathroom cleaning was hit and miss (toilet seat should have been replaced; was worn).

My extended family discovered the Element north of DFW airport a few years ago as a great place for family get-togethers. The large meeting area in the lobby is great for informal dinners, and the staff is very accommodating, providing plates, etc. for takeout from several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The kitchenette suites and studio rooms are very modern and well-designed.

The hotel was average in our opinion. The rooms remind us of an IKEA store. Okay, nothing special.

I twas actually my husband that stayed. He's been twice in the last month and loved it. Said the rooms were great, liked the layout. Importantly, close to DFW airport, centrally located in the metroplex, lots of restaurants nearby.

Overall had a fantastic stay.. Location and amenities terrific. A few minor dislikes however, continental breakfast could've had several more items to choose from, and bathing became a challenge with the constant flow of water pooling out of the shower and bathroom into the living space. Running out of towels became an issue by placing them on floor to catch water. Other then that, stay was enjoyable with the free Wi-Fi and heated pool. Would probably return but not in same type of room.

The front desk staff was great they let me check in early so I decorate the room for my anniversary to surprise my husband. The main entrance of the hotel was very impressive to and eye catching the decor was elegant. The breakfast was great. My room was breathtaking I was more than I expected. My husband really loved the room nd bed he wanted to stay in bed all day. Great location. Will recommend this to family nd friends nd will go there again to stay.

Clean, comfortable, top of the line. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a really nice hotel, is like an apartment , modern quiet and the staff was really nice sort oaky Daniela at the front desk and of course Catina the sales manager !! I strongly recommend this hotel and from now on it will be my hotel of choice in the dfw area

We needed to be near the airport for an early morning departure. So the Element was a perfect choice. The free shuttle picked us up. The staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

My friends had a wonderful visit and will be staying there again!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only complaint for me is the sheets are really rough...not very soft or comfortable and didn't care for the pillows either. Other than that, no complaints. LOVE the cleanliness!!!

Location was very good, facilities were modern and very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Irving/Dallas area. Nice.
