The front desk is hugely under-staffed. The night receptionists seemed very stressed, bothered and borderline angry, sort of avoiding eye contacts. The staff is also under-trained. My reservation from hotels.com was mishandled, leading to my frantic searching, contacting hotels.com when all the time it was mishandled by one receptionist without her informing others. It took me almost an hour to get checked in.

Shuttle from the airport is a nice perk. My room was spacious but storage was limited so wouldn’t be good for more than a one/two night stay. Also there were no hooks but one right by the shower. Even on near the door or on the wall would be appreciated for hats/jackets

Underwhelming for the price.

Hotel was super clean and staff was friendly. Bed and pillows was very uncomfortable. Bed was a rock and pillows disappeared when you played on them. Towels were sandpaper. No restaurant so only food option was overpriced frozen tv dinners. No breakfast. Room was hot and AC couldn’t keep up to cool it off.
