Do not count with the shuttle, they let me wait at the airport for 90 minutes and the driver never showed up, even after I called twice and was told the shuttle was on its way. I ended up getting an uber to the hotel where I explained the manager what happened and she took note. The front desk staff I came across were neither friendly nor professional. Room cleaning happens every three days. I can’t recommend this hotel

I bought two rooms to be connected for my kids. The front desk person told me when we arrived they gave the connection room away “first come first serve”. So my kids (12&6) had to sleep in a room by themselves, after I had already spoken to the front desk before arriving and ordering the rooms. After we got two separate rooms the bathroom was dirty as is someone had just shaved their legs,it was clumps of hair by the sink floor. The shower head had a leak which made taking a shower impossible because of no pressure and the leak was shooting water out the side of the shower head, also the water wouldn’t drain so we had to shower in ankle deep dirty water.

Staff friendly, pet area could be better, maybe away from busy street. Restaurants and shopping close by. Out room was not very clean, remodel had been done but floors were not clean. Bathroom had filthy electrical outlets and the bottom sheet on our bed was dirty. It was late at night when we pulled back the sheets so had to lay down a towel over the dirty linen.

Now This a proper hotel with such an amazing staff Especially Al Gaston whoever the owner give that man the whole keys man, amazing room and service exceptional, nearby you have so many food options and you got a walmart across the road and very close to you have mall and all those things you might require peaceful and just wonderful setting and reception amazing so nice the whole staff apparently the room cleaning staff speak very less but they are even super friendly and good in their work. Breakfast and pool was nice and all day coffee service just cherry on top. I would not only stay again but endorse everyone visiting dallas to stay here not downtown
