We stayed there this weekend for a Six Flags trip. It's about 12 miles from the park. I booked our room 3 weeks in advance. I booked a double Queen room, but upon arrival I was told there were no rooms available. I even showed the desk clerk where I'd booked in advance but he still said there was nothing he could do about it. So, 2 adults and our 2 kids had to have a King room. There was a fold out couch/bed, but only 1 kid could fit comfortably on it, so the other had to sleep on the cushions on the floor. This was not what we paid for. The WiFi wouldn't work on our phones our tablets. I will say though, the room was quiet and clean, the staff was friendly, the pool/hot tub was open and clean, and breakfast had a decent variety.

Really clean rooms and the staff was very nice and helpful. The beds was spacious and comfortable. Will stay again when I'm in that area.

I arrived at 9:00 pm and was told that the only room available was a handicap room, hard to believe that it was the only room available at 9:00 but that was fine. The TV in the room did not work, I went to the front desk because they had no one to check out the TV or bring another remote. The desk provided another remote, it did not work either. At 9:30 they found another room on the fourth floor, I moved my belongings only to discover that the TV in that room did not work either. Again, the desk had no one to assist so I went down again and got two more remotes. They did not work, the front desk apologized but could not do anything. I prepaid $200 for this room and not having access to a TV is not acceptable. I asked for a credit, again, the front desk told me there was nothing they could do because the room was booked and paid for through Orbitz. I will definitely think twice about booking through Orbitz again. What a disappointment!

Hot tub was broken. Waffle maker was broken.

I really enjoyed the hotel, but was very disappointed to find out the shuttle didn't run 24 hours. It only runs between 6am to 10pm. When i book the room it never sd the hours shuttle ran. We had to be at airport at 5am and hour flight didn't return till 10:30pm not able to use shuttle. To be honest if i knew the shuttle hours i would not have booked with springhill suits. I ended up spending more money then wanted. Had to pay to have taxi pick me up from hotel and pay to bring me back to hotel. Plus have to pay $10 a day after 7th day even though i have another reservation with them to stay when flew in. Staff was great hotel was nice just disappointed abt how i had to make other transportation to the airport. Will let my friends know that if needing place to stay to take shuttle to airport that this hotel is not the choice.

hotel was close to the freeway but yet very quiet, indoor pool and hot tub was nice. had a great breakfast buffet and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable of the local area.would stay here again if ever in that area again

Arrived late, tired and hungry and stressed. The staff was incredibly accommodating with extra pillows and bedding and helpful tips on a nearby restaurant. The accommodations were very comfortable. The room was impeccably clean and modern and had a nice layout with the bathroom separate from the sink and the sleeper separated by a partial wall from the King bed. Lots of closet and drawer space. Breakfast had the gamut of selections--make it yourself waffles, eggs, breads, fruit, cereal, etc.--though quite sparse for my daughter with multiple food allergies. Sounds dumb, but the lollipops at the desk were really good and nice for the long drive we had ahead of us :)

It was such a pleasant experience. Bed was really comfy, check in was a breeze. Breakfast was surprisingly suffice.

The staff was wonderful! I was pretty frazzled from driving in Dallas traffic and the staff was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. They mapped out directions for places to dine in the area (without having to get back out on highway) which helped my peace of mind immensely. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Other than them forgetting to clean our room the first day, the staff was great. The worst part was the bed. It was far to firm (I'm a Chiropractor, I know backs). They need to move to and adjustable bed system. Very clean, great AC, attentive staff

Everything was off the chart. I love it and I hope to come back.

Great time. The kids had a awesome time in pool. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We love the set up in the room. The only thing w/missed was the split bathroom amenities like the Springhill Suites in Webster, TX.

Good breakfast. Indoor swimming pool was freezing. Disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Great value, awesome staff and comfortable room. Highly recommend this hotel.

So I'll admit my first impression of this hotel began to deteriorate rapidly while I was waiting nearly an hour for the shuttle bus driver to find me. However, I soon learned that the driver was fairly new to the job and area. Also, he was nice and really hospitable. The rest of the staff were very friendly and accomodating. I was in desperate need of a midnight snack and they had a pantry of substantial items other than junk. I will definitely stay again!

Really accomodating! The staff was great! There was a little miscommunication with the shuttle, but overall I had a nice experience!

I arrived at 7:45 for a 8:30 seminar held at the hotel and they let me immediately check into a room . I was very pleased with the comfortable sitting area and found the bed very comfortable. I had little interaction with the staff but found them friendly, breakfast was typical but large eating area. I would definitely stay there again..great value .

Family weekend to watch some football and it was great.

Chose this hotel based on others reviews. Very functional hotel - nothing fancy but has what you need at a good price. Convenient to DFW and not far from Dallas either if you are looking for a mid-point. Room had lots of space - loveseat, coffee table, arm chair, plus desk and chair in sitting area -plus small refrig and coffee maker area too. Bathroom was also on the larger size with sink area separate from bath and commode. Breakfast was extensive - oatmeal, waffles, eggs, danish, yogurts, bagels, toast, cereal - pretty impressive but got crowded fast so allow a little extra time in the morning.

Great place to stay...central location...ideal for our needs.
