Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean. My only complaint is the house keepers didn’t clean our room Saturday so we had no new towels and the bed was an uncomfortable but could have just been because I’m away from home.

It’s obvious the owners are trying to stay up-to-date (new paint and carpet), it’s just an older hotel and needs basic replacements like doors and bathroom countertops. Bed was comfy and linens smelled fresh.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I don’t even know how they’re operating a hotel and are still in business. I called multiple times and never once answered, I had to go through expedia to get a hold of someone at the hotel to be picked up from the airport which that was another issue in itself and even though it wasn’t my fault the hotel refused to give me a refund and expedia couldn’t get a hold of anyone to request a refund when I didn’t even stay at the hotel! Worst experience ever!
