Okay, it's cheap, but that doesn't justify it. The room smelled bad, the fridge was empty, they say breakfast is included (a lie), there was only coffee, juice, and a cereal bar, very poor quality.

Rooms were old, but clean. The front door wouldn’t close properly, so I had to switch rooms. Walls around shower in bathroom cracked and broken in the first room, but fine in the second. Linens seemed clean and bed and pillows were really comfortable. There was no breakfast as advertised. The juice machines were broken and there may have been a carafe of coffee, but that was it. The shuttle driver was very nice and made sure everyone knew where to go and helped those who were lost. He also offered free water. The van though was falling apart and broken. Two seats were broken and all around the vehicle, including the roof there was wood paneling, instead of fabric or siding that belongs in a vehicle. It was construction wood. It was wood paneling you use in house construction before you put on the insulation. It was odd and seemed unsafe, but got me there. Front desk staff could have been friendlier, but functional. Changed my room quickly after the door issue.

Our bathroom was dirty upon checkin , room only cleaned every 3 days so not cleaned or trash removed at all while we were there, and everytime we left the room and came back our key did work and had to go to desk. Also the vending machine stole my money. One more thing rooms are poorly lit.

The entire hotel is very neglected and dirty. They advertise breakfast included, however there was nothing available except a few granola bars set out after having to ask for breakfast. There was no coffee even available.

The shuttle took an hour and a half to arrive at the airport after I landed, and took an additional 20 minutes to finally get to hotel, as it also serves other hotels in the area at the same time. It was very difficult to contact the hotel via phone, oftentimes, there was no answer, which required multiple attempts. Finally, once I got to the room, it was very hot and had a weird smell, The AC unit was falling apart and the adjustment knobs were broken, which resulted in the AC not being able to be set to different modes or temperature adjustment. I would not recommend staying here, when there are several other options in the immediate area.
