I stayed at this property for one night after my flight was cancelled. The positives: The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was quiet. There lobby area was clean, and there was coffee and lemon water available for guests upon arrival. The negatives: the carpets could do with a good cleaning (or replacement), and did not appear to be thoroughly vacuumed in the elevator, halls or my room. The mattress was old (sagging) and uncomfortable to sleep on. There was only limited shuttle service to and from the airport (early morning and late afternoon), so I had to take an Uber. I would not likely stay here again.
We only spent one night at the Comfort Suites Las Colinas and were comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable which we appreciated after a long day. The room was clean and the towels were so soft. Breakfast was enough to get us going.
Every time I need to stay in a hotel in the Irving, TX area, I stay at this hotel. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean and nice. The beds are just so relaxing. This hotel is close to everything you could ever want. I will be back. I am a loyal customer!
I don't understand why people like this hotel. It's quite outdated. Carpets smell. Stains on the pillows. I found a cockroach in the bathroom and killed it and showed the pictures to the front desk. They just said sorry and did nothing else. The breakfast is really down to the basic. Nothing is impressed. Many cheaper hotels are even better than this.
I love this hotel. Really friendly front desk including the guy was there for the night shift. He was able to get me in after my plane landed past midnight and I couldn't get good rates online. This is the nicer part of dallas, right off the freeway. Easy to get to via the tollways. Parking is free and safe The rooms are good sized clean and the beds are comfortable and the sheets are nice with the double sheet between the comforter which I like. The lobby has snacks and cold drinks for purchase you can put them on your room. Breakfast in the morning is nice, they have a hot breakfast and quite a few choices including eggs yogurt cereal pancakes bacon. The room air-conditioner is pretty good and keep the room cool if you need to run it anytime you're there in the summer. TV is large enough and they also have a DVD player hooked up microwave in the fridge raider is in the room very nice. Gables have both AC plug-ins and USB ports to charge your cell phone and tablet. Fuzzies taco shop is right next-door you can walk right to it and order your meal they're open until midnight on weekends. WitH reasonable prices nice rooms and great service this hotel exceeds my expectations
This is a really nice comfortable hotel. We were there for 3 days on business. The couple small problems in the beginning were immediately taken care off! The staff we came in contact with we're friendly. They take triple A, and also have military and Senior rates. They have 4 handicapped rooms...2 with roll-in showers. They also have a conference room and a shuttle. They do have a supply of items you may have forgotten for a fee. They served eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They also have the regular continental breakfast items... plus yogurt and boiled eggs.
We stayed for one night. All the front office agents were great and kind. There was one in particular who helped my husband and I out whose name was Morgan. Super friendly and made sure our reservation was made seamlessly. The bed and pillows were super comfy.
Nice place, very quiet, very clean rooms and excellent room service. Stayed a week Apr 7-14 very friendly staff. Best WiFi out of the 3 places I stayed at in the area for the last month. I am already planing another stay. Free Breakfast and free beer & wine from 5-6 during the week I think. Even though I was next to the elevator in 313 i was not noise but a couple time people would gather in the lobby area of the 3rd floor and be loud.
For the price this was a very nice place to stay. The staff was very pleasant but the hotel definitely shows some wear and tear. The location was great for us and I would stay here again when we are back in Dallas.
I would never recommend this Comfort Suites. The worst my family has ever visited. The sheets had a blood stain. When housekeeping came in to change the bed linen, she preceded to explain that it was nail polish. The bed linen was changed just for us to find another stain on the sheet. It is too much to ask for clean, unstained bed linen. The safety latch was broken, the closet door was broken and the clothes hook in the bathroom missing with only screw holes left. The front desk attendant, Nacho, was the only plus for this hotel. The housekeepers we encountered offered poor service. Needless to say that we went to another hotel.
