The staff was amazing. Had one issue with my stay. The A/C didn't work in my room. They sent maintenance to check it out while i went to dinner. Came back and they gave me a different room. Staff was very nice and friendly!!!
We love this hotel. Have stayed here multiple times through the years. However these last 2 times we’ve stayed in the last 2 weeks we noticed it’s starting to show it’s age. Stains on carpet. Low towels in room (IE: not enough towels for guests booked) 2nd stay the hotel AC had electric wires on the floor which we constantly had to keep our child away from. Tub drain was SLOW Room wasn’t super clean We were woken up 2x by swearing and loud taking while people were on the way to the elevator, which the hotel had placed us right next to. Breakfast the next morning was just a mess. Food all over the counter. They used to have an amazing breakfast and now it’s cold cereal, instant oatmeal, with some hot items but not refilled on a constant basis. They have 2 elevators, but only one works. With a massive amount of people staying the night we were there plus housekeeping we needed up having to take the stairs because the elevator couldn’t keep up with the load or when it arrived it had no room for passengers because housekeeping carts took up the whole space. We were in our room and because most Of the rooms had begun early Checkout, housekeeping tried to do our room too and we had to request them to come back later. Just left a bad taste in our mouth, especially with spending so much for 2 nights.
It was clean. The beds were comfortable and the pool and fitness center were just what our family needed after a long day of traveling.

Good location for my purposes. Front door into lobby broken, spills unattended in elevator, ants in bathroom, toilet running, switch for wall lighting in room inoperable (had to move couch to unplug extension cord to turn off lights).
This is my second stay at this hotel and both times have been amazing. Very comfortable and extremely good rates. Future trips to Dallas will have a room at this hotel scheduled. Wonderful staff with a friendly atmosphere.
One of terrible experience. It’s like super 8 motel. Rooms are small and the reception is like a small room. The staff was decent. They have bar section smaller than restroom.
Very nice room and the breakfast was the best I have had since COVID has started.
Everything was excellent except the lack of hot water. Had to take a tepid shower when I was really looking forward to a hot one. Water was almost chilly and had to rinse quick and get out. Other than that it was a great stay.
Sheets very very very rough & uncomfortable. Why not add a microwave, there’s space. TV guide didn’t work. It worked for a nights stay but I did think about staying longer but it was too uncomfortable
Nice hotel & courteous staff. Would definitely stay again if I visit Dallas, Texas again.
