I didn't watch too much t.v. but it's HD. The room was great. A desk, fridge, microwave, sofa, coffee table and lots of lamps for light. There's also breakfast from 6-9am. The open parking lot is well lit. The only negative I have about the hotel is the shower head...time to replace.

Did not stay. Too dirty and smelly Shuttle to airport left to later in day

This hotel is located in a scary area. The walls of the exterior of the hotel are jagged making the possibility of a bad guy lurking in a corner out of sight possible.

nice , clean, no problem with being there. breakfast to be more variety not the same menu

Due to aircraft issues, I experienced a flight delay resulting in a missed connection. I was forced to stay in DFW for the evening. Staff guided me to the pickup location (free shuttle ride to and from hotel), stopped for me to get a beverage before arriving at the hotel and even loaned me a wall charger for my phone (mine was packed in suitcase - not available). Hotel has just been renovated and was very nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable. For $115 with tax, this stay was a bargain and I would happily stay here again.

Hotel seemed to be under renovations when I stayed. Room was amazing but the hallways and amenities were minimal due construction.

I chose this hotel because it is just a few minutes from DFW Airport, however, it's located at the back of an industrial lot...not appealing. The room appeared to be clean, but, there was alive roach. What really insulted me was that I was told I could not take my breakfast back to my room. It had to be eaten in an area off the lobby. The breakfast was quite nice, but it made no sense that I couldn't take food to my room which had a kitchenette i it. The desk attendant was helpful.

Great customer service! Staff at desk very nice! Able to get shuttle to take us to the airport earlier than they normally do. Driver wasn't very friendly but I think that's a cultural thing! We would stay again! Didn't see a pool!

Driving at night from out of town, it was difficult to find the location due to very small street sign. Signage leading to hotel will be a great help. Staff is friendly and helpful. Quiet ambiance. Room is clean. No offending odor. Sofa needs re upholstery. Restroom doesnt have vent switch. Breakfast is okay.

Blood on the ceiling, hair in bathtub, stained couch, smell of gas in lobby and excercise room. Sofa bed not very comfortable. Spartan is the word that comes to mind to describe this place.

good location for your business needs and getawys.

non-smoking room smelled like smoke, refrigerators in rooms very noisy

Corridors had smoky sections, and I did not stay the night However they assured me they did not charge me though it was non-refundable

Used the hotel while visiting various friends and family in Irving and surrounding areas. Great bargain. Staff is friendly. We tend to stay at this particular hotel when in the area because of the low cost yet nice rooms.

I stayed at this hotel based on the price for a suite and distance from the airport and friends that reside near Arlington. The location was great for me traveling between Dallas and Ft Worth. There is a mall within walking distance and plenty of casual dining. There were minor issues: the key card didn't work well at the exterior entrances and the iron was broken. The bed was very comfortable and housekeeping was on the job! Overall I had a very good experience until my flight was cancelled and I returned to stay another night. No one was at the front desk. I waited for over ten minutes ringing the bell and calling on the phone. No luck...so I had to take my business elsewhere.

Whenever I need to stay overnight in the DFW area, I stay here. For the price of a 1-star Motel 6, I get a 3-star room suite with kitchen and a living room with its own TV. It's always been clean, comfortable, and quiet. Friendly staff, too.

This hotel was conveniently located in the DFW metroplex. It's close to shopping and between both airports. Many features including microwave, refrigerator, sink, storage ...a full kitchen. It also was very quiet and the parking was ample and convenient. Only three criticisms. The hotel was hard to find, esp. at night, as you could not see the signs from the frontage Road and it was set back about 2 blocks. Only other criticism was that the shower curtain was stained. This could easily be corrected with a little extra cleaning. So overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being best. I highly recommend it, esp. if you are having an extended stay, and/or want the use of a kitchen in your unit.

The room was spacious. Partly due to the lack of furniture. The Kitchen was fine and stocked with enough to get by. The bedding was old, frayed, and ill fitting. The air conditioner leaked water on to the carpet. This was twice reported and never taken care of. We stayed away from the wet area. The couch was a pull out bed type. The cushions did not fit making the couch very uncomfortable to sit on (too small). We peaked under the cushions and it looked like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed for some time (very grose). The Exercise room and Business Center were OK. The Breakfast was OK.

We arived at DFW about 9pm and found out the shuttle was not available. Taxi cost $38. without tip! The hotel is filthy, dog friendly, dogs used hallway as bathroom. No kidding!! Room very dirty, would not take my shoes off and WOULD NOT use the shower. Do not stay there....

We stayed here for a quick trip to Dallas. The room was good for what we were looking for which was pretty much just a place to sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was great.
