My husband and i frequent This Hotel. We Have always been greeted With kindness and professionalism. I have to say that Brenda and Norma (The breakfast ladies) go above and beyond their duties. At Times My husband can be quite funny and just a jokester. These ladies went along With it and just made the whole experience a fun. The even took a Pic With him...too cool

This room smells like it has had massive water damage. I have stayed at several residence inns and this is an outdated poorly kept hotel. My recommendation to Marriott is a complete renovation is needed. On the positive the room is clean so I do appreciate that. I just hope all my clothes don’t end up smelling like mildew

This is a clean, spacious property that feels more like comfortable timeshare units than a hotel. For my extended stay, it is a perfect fit. Unfortunately during my stay I experienced a problem with the room that was uncomfortable. I reported it to the AGM who took it upon herself to see to it that I got a high quality replacement room and went above and beyond to help mitigate some second order effects They are highly professional and have made a repeat customer of me, as I'd seek this property again in the future and have recommended it to peers. Accolades go to the event coordinator as well. She managed by check-in and did an A+ job satisfying my asks. I'm not the easiest customer but they handle me with ease.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful - very helpful and attentive in every detail. I have to give compliments to Maylene and others during the breakfast service. This is a very busy weekend with travelers from Oklahoma coming to Dallas for the football game but also Texans. We were all treated with care and I plan to book this hotel for this weekend in the future.

I loved everything about this place. My parents took the whole family (12 people) lol on vacay to Six Flaggs St.Louis and the stay was great. 7 years later their house burned down and they spent over 2 months in the Paducah KY location and that was great. Now in Irving Texas this is as well. Ms Joyce fed us really good and Maylene took care of alll of our needs over and above. Will definately come back.

I had a school at the hotel for 3 days. I was just amazed at the staff and how they treated us like kings. Fresh coffee every morning as well as cold drinks and fresh baked cookies at 10:30. Grounds and bathrooms were always clean and tidy. Other staff at hotel were all very friendly.

Enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn Dallas. Room was very spacious and clean. Had efficiency kitchen with sitting area. Staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Very attentive to your needs.I would rate my stay a 10 and highly recommend staying here for your nent trip tp Irving area. Outdoor pool was clean and relaxing. Giants lost but remain fan regardless win or loss.

1. It is a garden style atmosphere, I was on a business travel, did not feel safe at nights, I will not suggest for females 2. Shuttles were offered, but never came on time, even when it came, the driver did not come inside to announce for pick up. I lost time two days in a row waiting for the shuttle. 3. The complimentary breakfast was decent, had eggs, fruits and other typical western items. 4. The beds were not comfortable, towels were not replaced, one day I had no towel in the bathroom. Bathroom supplies were not replenished, the bed gave me nick issues 5. The internet was very slow and not usable.

I have stayed multiple times at this location, and each time stayed for 5 nights, with several months between visits. When I check in they remember me, and not just lip service with using my name, but asking me about family and things they remember from my last visit. Brenda Brown handles all the breakfast amenities and is beyond helpful! She greets guests by name with a sunny disposition and will do whatever she can to help you. Whenever possible this location is where I stay when I have to travel to the Irving area!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was like living in a home away from home. I also stayed here before and... will do it again and again. Brenda knows exactly how to give you everything you need to enjoy yourself. She goes above and beyond for your group.
