Fantastic place to stay. Very friendly staff. Special Thanks to Joyce Romero. She made us feel like we visited our home. Evening snacks were great. The hotel is very close to offices and restaurants. Thanks again.
Love this Marriott👌 Staying since Feb 2018 for longer stay!!! would like to recommend my fellows to visit this place for great deal...Especially a great response & hospitality from Mrs Brenda Brown (Breakfast Specialists) who serves Hit breakfast every day...She might be deserve to be Employee of the month🤗
Very responsive leadership, excellent hospitality especially Brenda who serves Indian, take personal care of each guest makes them feel at home. Overall experience is wonderful. I have made family away from my own.
A colleague of mine is staying at the Residence Inn in Las Colinas and honestly I am extremely impressed with the hospitality and service at this establishment. I have observed on several occasions when taking him back to the Residence Inn a high quality of assistance and service that definitely extends to the evening Executive Mixer event. These events, hosted by Maylene, are really quite impressive with a variety of snacks (hot and cold) and different beverages matched to the food provided. Maylene and her associate, truly make you feel at home and go above and beyond in describing the dishes, ingredients and show what Texas hospitality truly can and should be. Fantastic individuals and a great experience.
This place doesn’t seem like a hotel; more like a condo environment. Staff is wonderful especially Joyce and Brenda. Breakfast and evening snacks are better than the the usual Residence Inn. Location is very convient to stores and restaurants. Note that second floor rooms require taking stairs if that’s an issue for you.
We have used this hotel over the years on our many visits to Dallas to visit kids in school. The rooms and lobby/breakfast area were remodeled several years ago, and they are preparing to remodel the breakfast area again. The rooms are well suited to families, and we have used a variety of rooms over time to accommodate various size groups. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, though the beds a bit soft for my taste. The breakfast is a feature for two reasons: good food/ variety including hot items, and excellent, friendly, dedicated, hard working staff who all appear committed to enhancing the guest experience. This includes both breakfast (daily) and light supper with drinks several evenings per week. Great new menu and again, stellar service. Special shout-outs to Brenda (I believe) in the morning and Maylene B in the evenings. The entire staff does a great job. I don't see a reason to go anywhere else!
Our company was there for a conference and Brenda Brown gave excellent service, she was the only reason we were able to sit in the meeting as long as we did. She was friendly and very inviting and willing to assist us with everything. She is a great employee and the hotel should feel honored to have such a wonderful person.
Got it late last night and at my breakfast all my kid wanted was fruit loops. After wasting several other options Brenda finally asked her what it was she really wanted and hooked her up with her request. She was great and all the food was great.
This is one of RI's old properties that is like an apartment complex. While we were there, they told us that they are working on a "beautification" project. Our room was very clean and nice. My two favorite things were the amazing breakfast (same as in other RI's) and the Tea tree shampoo in the shower. We were attending an event at the Irving convention center and it was a great location for it. About 5 minutes door to door.
I had stayed here during last week of February and First week of March. Great place to stay and breakfast and evening snacks which were served was great. Thank you Residence Inn. Support Staff was really great and would like to appreciate the food a lot.
