As of right now, the experience has had some ups and downs. Checking in was not as pleasant as I would have liked. The receptionist made it seem like we were inconveniencing him since we had our reservation through a third party. As a member of the Marriott bonvey, I did not realize the account could not be connected to the hotel when I bought my flights through Orbitz. The receptionist then commented that he was not even sure they would have a double bed room available because the hotel was never notified what was going on. Overcall, it was several unnecessary comments to a very tired client who landed at 10 pm expecting a warm welcome. Saturday morning the next door room had the radio very loud that it woke up my daughter at 5 am while doing their hair. I understand it was not the fault of the hotel but it was still very frustrating when we checked in to an unpleasant welcome. Room service each time has been nice but they forgot a few items that I'll check to see if it was charged when I check out. Upon checking out, the room service issue could not be addressed. The front desk pushed my concerns away citing that only the rest manager could handle it, and then when I spoke with the rest, there was no manager on site to address the concerns. I am not sure how there could be no manager We are getting ready to check out soon but I would like to have these items addressed. I'm sure you have several clients who come through weary and tired expecting a pleasant experience.

my room was cold, I called the front desk to have someone look at the furnace. a man showed up to my room looked at the furnace and told me that the room would start to warm up soon. the room never warm up and i caught a cold. this experience was not pleasant.

Very friendly staff, fast check in and check out. Part of hotel was recently remodeled, but I was not in one of those rooms. Steep breakfast price, starting at 20$. Must sign up for the Marriott rewards program in order not to get charged for internet.

Loved the free 14 day extended parking and the locale of hotel.

Disgraceful. After being stuck in Dallas due to a missed connection from bad weather, I booked a 4 star hotel with two twin beds to get a good nights sleep. Didn't get the room I booked and at 7:30am was woken up by workers demolishing a bathroom in the room directly above. Note, this was the morning of daylight savings so 7:30am still felt like 6:30am. Hotel refused to change the room. I have a recording of the noise which was too loud to even have a conversation. How is this even allowed? I will never stay at another Marriott ever again.

My stay was wonderful, where I was greeted by a professional staff. Very clean rooms situated in a prime locations.

Nice hotel, but didn’t offer a continental breakfast

We arrived very late and were received by a welcoming staff. The front desk staff were nice, efficient and generous with water and toiletries that we were missing. Albeit a very short stay it was a great experience. Would recommend!

Great location and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Our conference room was roomy and provided food service was very filling and well prepared.

Close to airport which I needed, restaurants close by...

Got in at 3am After a 3 hour red eye flight. Hotel could not find reservation. Took almost 40 minutes to check in.

Was not that impressed. Lost my reservation at first. Then was given king room instead of double beds. Had to trek back and forth to get it fixed. Asked for cot and extra blankets. After 45 min, someone showed up with one pillow and apology bc they couldn’t find blankets or cots. Hot tub was scorching hot. Like the kind of heat that will burn you. No one was in there longer than 2 min.

American Airlines canceled my flight, the third time in a row, in a month’s time. I was able to get a room at the Marriott and they were wonderful in a stressful time.
