Was difficult to cool the room. We had the air on high with the temperature turned down and it still didn't seem cool in the room.

Good stay at this hotel. Excellent crew service. One example: One nigth the parking was full but when one of the hotel employees notice that we were looking for a spot, he moved away his own car to give us the place. Thanks!!!

Not bad. As I was leaving I stopped to let the desk know the sink was leaking out of the handle when you turned it on. They completely refunded me. Wasn't looking for a refund, just wanted to inform them of an issue that they might not find on cleaning.

Very nice hotel stuff. They gave us ride to the restaurant and also pick us up . The breakfast was wonderful. The lady cooked fresh waffles for us and ithey are vey delicious. The breakfast was included . The cookie at the flont desk are free for hotel guests.

The service was abysmal. The staff denied my shuttle service from the airport 12 minutes before cutoff time and I had to eat an Uber cost as a result. The employee stated that his manager would not allow it. I scheduled (45 minutes in advance) to have a shuttle pickup from the local train station (at 6:30) and proceeded to wait an additional hour (after arriving at 6:25) for the shuttle (after the employee said a shuttle would be there at precisely 6:30) and two more phone calls to be told "other customers have priority over you". The next morning I found a cockroach in my room's bathroom. The manager changed my room and comped my last night. I was required to call an Orbitz agent to have them contact the hotel in order to receive a refund for my last night. The Orbitz representative called the hotel only to have no one to pick up because the employee at the counter ignored the call (different from both the first two employees involved with my shuttle fiasco). I had to insist with the Orbitz representative that an employee was indeed present during the call (as the employee was in front of me at the counter) and was put on hold as I was at the counter now. Said employee now picks up the phone and confirmed my last night's compensation. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any hotel.

I stayed in a room on the second floor at the end of a hall. I checked in about 10:30 at night. The first thing I noticed was the smell and the fact that someone had left the window open. I thought the smell might be coming from outside but it was from the room. I would have extended my stay but when I asked the staff to switch me to a different room the next morning, I was informed there were no more rooms at that price and I would be charged more if I wanted to switch rooms. I was not happy so I went to a different hotel for the rest of my time in Dallas.

I was very please with the location and its proximity to DFW airport. It was also super convenient to get back to the rental car return area, no need to even get back on the freeway. The breakfast bar was adequate with a change in the hot food offering day to day. The shuttle said renovated in 2009 and that showed a little in the rooms where the paint was starting to flake off the walls in the bathroom around the tub recess. The fiberglass shower wall had cracked in the past and been repaired with caulk rather than replaced. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was responsive.

, indoor pool is great but the water is freezing cold thank to the owner that doesn't want to waste money turning on the water heater.

It was very clean. Brand new hotel in downtown Dallas. Close to all the restaurants on Main St. Great gym and breakfast area. Room was great for 2 people. 2 private sleeping areas. The staff was excellent when requesting anything. The only thing I was unhappy about is they didn't change the sheets on the pullout couch and I was there for 3 nights. (?) I was working to much so I didn't bother to say anything.

Staff was friendly to customer in front of me, then my turn, I didn't get the same smiles and kind words. I was hurried on my way. Then when transaction was complete, no one told me where my room was, nothing about WiFi, learned it on my own. My room key was set on counter and staff walked away leaving me standing there all alone.

Nice stay for a night. Was close to restaurants and easy to get to the airport. Room was comfortable , got a good night sleep before catching flight. Will recommend stay here

The stay was comfortable. I had written in the notes about my flight arrival and requested for the Shuttle service offered by the Hotel. The receptionist said that I need to go to E1 which was very far from my Gate. After I reached their, I need to wait for an hour to be picked up and I was late for my appointment. The next day I had requested the hotel to hold the luggage after my checkout as I had my meetings to be completed and go. The staff was kind enough to do that. When I returned back to the hotel and asked for the receipt, I was charged for two days, but I stayed for only one day. That made me little uncomfortable as there was no handover by the staff in the morning shift to the day. However, the manager then informed that the charge would be reversed and it tool about a week to reflect in my account.

Had been traveling all week and was so pleased when we got in our room and the beds were super comfortable. There was the coziest comforter and lots of fluffy pillows. We felt so at home we slept in late And loved it!

Excellent staff. Courteous and considerate. Both employees that helped me went the extra mile. Room was clean and comfortable. Quick elevator a plus. Great location if you're returning a rental car at DFW. Couldn't stay for the breakfast but it smelled delicious. Whataburger in the lot and gas station too another plus.

The beds , the pillows and the covers where amazing and everything was so clean and the service was perfect only thing they could fix is the food for breakfast didn't taste that great but other then that I loved it!

Okay hotel, decent breakfast but a bit outdated and musty smelling rooms. Poor lighting, cracked shower stall, but good shower head and water pressure. Overall fine, but not luxury by any stretch. It worked for the purposes that I needed it for given an on-site training program. Is close to many amenities and airport with shuttle option for travel within two miles if you don't have a car.

Hotel is located very close to the airport. For a late night flight arrival, it was just what we needed. Nice to have breakfast included too.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights one was the night before my flight and the other was the night I returned. The hotel has a shuttle (the driver was very friendly and accommodating) that took us to the airport and picked us up. Our rooms were both very clean and comfortable. The vending machine downstairs took my money both times I was there but the person at the front desk returned it when I told her what happened the other vending machine worked fine. Overall I was very happy with my stay at this hotel!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was big, clean and cozy. I loved the interior decor of the hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They even approved me for late check out. They have nice breakfast in the morning. The location was convenient to the airport and the shuttle was available to take me to the nearby shopping mall and airport on time. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

The location might not be the best but regular rooms are really big. Near you can find a Walmaft, Best buy, Dillards and the Irving mall there are free shuttles from the hotel that can take you there.
