Staff was very kind. No issues there. The room needs some assistance. One bed was very bowed in. Just looking at it you could see a huge dip in the center. Then, I go to wash my hands in the bathroom, open the soap box and it’s a pair of used contact lenses that fell into my hands!! Gross! Went to front desk and was promptly given new soap. Housekeeping should have caught this.

The little things make a difference.

Only needed overnight but will definitely book with Home2 again. Layout of room uses space well with hooks and shelves conveniently where I needed to place items. Kitchenette was complete with utensils and plates, glasses, bowls, silverware, et.al. Nice touch for our take out meal. Everything in our room was sparkling clean including roomy shower with sliding door. Plenty of towels. Airport shuttle efficient. Also parked our car long term on site. Liked using room key from cell phone.

Great staff and short shuttle to the airport

Don't plan on using the advertised shuttle

Don't book this hotel for the shuttle. It is worthless. Unfortunately that is the main reason I chose this hotel which is why I give it a 1 star review. And they did nothing to make up for failing to provide the shuttle service advertised.

The room is spacious. There is a curtain divider between the bed and sofa area - I booked the two queen bed room. I thought this is very considerate. I also like the clean shower products they use. There is a kitchen sink, microwave and fridge and utensils in the room too. Only take 10 min to get to the airport so no worries by traffic delays. We called the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The shuttle driver is very friendly.
