Staff was very efficient and friendly. Check-in was a breeze. As was check-out.

When I got there I had already booked with orbitz and prepaid. they said they did not have a reservation ready for me . After traveling all day long going through two airports and having an injured leg and ankle from hiking they made me wait 15 to 20 minutes and sit there while they checked numerous guest in while I waited.I have four guest on my reservation they told me they would give me two queen beds and I got upstairs I had to double beds . The AC in the room was set on 60 and the temperature would not get below 77 . We were completely miserable .

Stayed a night and it was good experience.it was clean and well maintained

The receptionists was quite uninterested when I was doing my check in. When I asked how can I get to the city centre I was told to get an uber app and use it to get around. So u had to find my own way around public transportion. The hotel has a shuttle that goes to the airport every half an hour- but the staff seemed to be convinced that it is for your arrival and departure only. When in fact at the airport there us a metro station that for 5 dollars will get you a day pass and to the most parts of the city. However, the staff that should give you this opotion ether has no idea about its existance or just does not want you to take the shuttle to the airport, although it is part of their service.

The hotel stay was outstanding. The facilities were excellent and the staff friendly and efficient. Had no complaints whatsoever.

Here for a conference, overpriced rooms. Left something there and after multiple phone calls and attempts they still have not mailed the item to me. No one acted like they cared to even try to return the item.

Food has room for improvement at the restaurants. Disappointed with the menue

Hotel met my expectations and definitely would recommend it to family and friends

The hotel room was good, but walls are thin. There was noise from other rooms and from construction, and even with a loud white noise machine, I was awakened throughout the night and in the early morning. The staff member was rude when I complained, and she sarcastically asked if I wanted a cup of coffee (right next to her desk, which was complimentary for all guests).

Hotel staff was friendly. The restaurant took a very long time to serve us. Shower was dirty and moldy.

The staff was superb, the room was fantastic, and the dining was fabulous! I will definitely return when I am back in the Dallas area!!

I was impressed at the newness and updated decor. The room was extremely comfortable with easy heating options & a down comforter. The two staff from room service the following morning were super accommodating, friendly professionals & the ladies at the desk & the concierge all helped answer questions & made pleasant conversation that was much appreciated after a late flight!

Overall, a great experience. Concerned at first about proximity to DFW and noise factor.. Never heard a thing. Would like to have had valet parking, as not crazy about high priced hotel food, but skeptical about going out and not knowing parking proximity when returned.

Very convenient because had two clinics in one in Frisco and one in Ft.Worth. Had to do some route adjusting because of road construction in Ft. Worth, but hotel located well enough to do this without adding an extra hour. My only complaint is the maids don't have a command of the English language. Left my "key" in my room, and I couldn't explain to her that I need her to use her passkey. She finally accompanied me down on the elevator #DON'T NEED YOUR KEY TO GO DOWN#_ to the downstairs desk and they gave me a new "card key".

Good place to stay. Convenient to DFW. Reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

I think it was over rated, room was clean, most staff was great couple need to find new jobs, amenities none... waited 1 hr to get picked up at the airport when i called 3 times and was told be there in 10 to 15 min. 3 dollars for a 6 oz orange juice? it wasnt that good....

I had a wonderful stay! I checked in for 1 night stay and had such a fantastic experience that I booked a 2nd night. The staff was very courteous and welcoming starting with the lady at checkin (even at 10:30pm to the concierge to restaurant staff and manager to the general manager. I ordered breakfast to be delivered the next morning by hanging my order on the door. I called t ask about it that morn and everyone as so apologetic and my breakfast was delivered by the restaurant manager within 10 minutes from the time I called. It wascomplimentary due to the night help missed my order when making rounds. Then the hotel GM called to make sure the meal was delivered and was good

Friendly, restful, well-appointed. Shuttle.

The room was very nice, quiet, and the hotel was in a great location to catch our early morning flight at DFW.

This hotel was great for the price. Very comfortable. I needed toothpaste and it was sent up almost immediately after I called down. Also ordered room service and it was excellent. Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Has shuttle to and from the airport which is great. Only down side was I could hear anyone opening or shutting their doors all night.
