They need a remodel. The gym is so dated half of the stuff doesn’t work. The tub is stained dirty. Air conditioning quit for one day. Bed was so squeaky it is good I was alone lol Food was good though.

Convenient to shopping and the airport

Tried to eat on site at like 10pm and it was a terrible process. One person working at the bar and a huge long line. He was slow and it took forever for tons of people.

I booked a double room but when I checked in they had me down for a king. The guy at the desk said that the hotel was heavily booked so I got bumped to a king room because I used Orbitz to book. When I explained that I was traveling with a family of four and questioned him on how we were supposed to share a room his response was “you get what you pay for”! We requested a rollaway and an extra blanket. The blanket we received was equivalent to a stiff , scratchy, felt. The rooms were clean but only one elevator worked all weekend. After not being able to get on 8 elevator passes I called down to the desk. They turned off the alarms so we could use the security stairs. Those took you outside to a spot where there was a water run off. You either had to walk through a large puddle or walk through mud. It took 3 days for the elevator to get repaired. As for food a lot of those issues were probably due to Covid and staffing. You had to wait in line at the bar to order anything and that took 30-45 minutes and the food area and public bathrooms were not kept clean. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good and rooms although not very big are well decorated and upkeep is good. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel however, is not great since waiting time is 30 min during which you have to wait curbside. The staff could be a little friendlier giving you a more specific time frame during which you should wait outside

Have stayed here previously and was pleased with accommodations. Clean well appointed rooms. The only concern on this stay was the lack of airport shuttle. No driver available for a 6am flight. A 6am flight is not especially unusual and there were many people waiting.

It was close to airport and restaurant. Traveling to stores wasn’t far either

The hotel is beautiful and very clean! Its in a great location very close to the airport.

I didn't like the fact that the ice machine was located on certain floors.

Big room, plenty of amenities, rude staff (didn’t provide correct information, then refused to help me when we realized they were wrong).

Nothing special about this property. Room was clean but bathroom looked a little dated and the floor was uneven. Parts of hallway rugs had snags and looked in need of replacing. Otherwise, the room was satisfactory. I use to believe that Sheraton was on part with Mariott, Westin, etc, but I believe those chains appear to be a little higher quality in my opinion.
