I expected much more out of a Hyatt property. Room was dirty, dated, and poorly maintained. The bed linens hadn't been changed from the previous gursts as evidenced by their mascara and other fresh "stains". The room was very dirty. After showering, I walked into the living area barefooted and my feet were literally black. The room just seemed dirty and poorly maintained. Stains on the floor which my fiance was convinced were blood stains from a murder scene. Just a poor overall experience. I went to the lobby to purchase some sundry items and after waiting 15 minutes for an employee to arrive at the front desk, I gave up and drove to a nearby pharmacy.
Friendly helpful staff would visit again...........

Everything. There is something we noticed that wasn't a problem in the past. After we ate breakfast our clothes would stink like onions really bad. Everyday we had this. Had to buy Fabreeze to help the smell. This has to be a air filter problem. We will always come back love this place. Bob Frick
The apt style hotel is great, maintenance is not great. It seems to be very limited to doing to bed.
It was far nicer than I expected and the rooms were highest quality
Loved the room, it was spacious with a pull out couch, nice fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots & pans. Only con was I wasn’t aware of the $7 parking fee & breakfast was just ok. Overall I really like the atmosphere and area of the hotel!
Customer service needs to improved...communication wit front desk attendant WAS NOT friendly at all no gd hospitality
We enjoyed the spacious room. Loved the stocked kitchen as well as the living room area. The toilet was a tad taste close to the shower, but overall this was a winner and we'll most definitely be staying at this location in tha future.
I loved the layout of the units. The use of space was great and we were grateful for the second bedroom.
