The key machine was down, and I didn't have a key to my room the entire stay. Every time I needed to get into my room, the staff had to open the door. No one came to clean the room or replace the towels. (I had to ask every day) No one cleaned the room, no one came to bring towels, but yet when it was time to check out they're at the door. Now y'all worried about what's going on in the room?

The rooms were extremely neglected! I had to check out a day before because there were two large cockroaches in my room, I was told by the manager that they will offer me a refund when Expedia contacts them but no one at the hotel answered. Worst stay, No Keys, System was Down. Lady had to unlock room for us. We went out n same lady had to open our room up at Midnight, So Dangerous for Her !!! , no Showering Gel, no Hand or wash cloths , , Bathroom walls are awful, Bugs Crawling, 3 Security Light Poles were not working where we parked! First off I booked a Trio from hotels.com and then called the hotel to tell them that I am in the wheel chair and I need the room to be accessible. The man on the other side said he noted it but did not tell me they did not have a trio room available in the first floor and hence the room I booked in not accessible. If he would have said that, I would have booked a different room or canceled the booking since am traveling with my family. Then they gave me a room which is 100 dollars less than what I booked for and they asked me to call hotels.com for a refund. The room they gave me had the floors wet for some strange reason. Hotels.com was also impossible. I cannot reach anyone except someone through a chat. The person behind the chat said, he/she is calling the hotel but never got any response. It has been a week, I either have a refund or any resolution except hotels.com send me an automated email that they are working on it. I would say if you are in the Irwing/Dallas area don't book this hotel. You have a lot of good choices.

1st room had spiderwebs on walls and tub stopper was broken but they switched the room the next day. Also they ran out of clean washcloths for a time but given they had a full capacity weekend I understood because they were still cleaning rooms at 11-12 at night.

Lobby and pool area were nice and loved the location. Unfortunately the moldy dirty carpet made it hard to sleep. Found out on 3rd day they only clean your room if you call by noon and ask for it. I wouldn’t stay there again unless they did a massive remodel and hired more cleaners- every area needed more cleaning

The staff at the desk were great! Jim and JaQuan were very kind and helpful. The room is what we had issues with its cleanliness. There was a large roach in the wall in one of the rooms. The TV would turn on and off on its own and there was no remote to turn it off. The other bathroom had a small roach on the ceiling. The shower had dirt in the edge where you step in. The floor in the living area had some kind of liquid on the floor. It just felt very dirty and not kept well.
