The hotel was located in a decent location and breakfast options were decent, but that's about the only good things about this hotel. For starters, my mom is elderly and handicapped and I asked for a room where she wouldn't have to walk as much. Front desk said they didn't have much available and we were given a room that was far and she had to walk a lot. What irked me is that that I noticed there were several available rooms (housekeeping places blue "cleanliness guaranteed" sticker on each room they clean). Secondly, the channels were limited and they did not have a Spanish channel. My mom loves watching novellas and had to miss out the days that we stayed at this hotel. How do you not have a Spanish channel in a Dallas hotel? How weird! I've travelled all over the US and this is a first. My brother also wanted to watch the NBA finals game and that channel was also unavailable. Thirdly, we stopped by front desk and asked that they deliver fresh towels while we were out and about and they did not deliver. Also, the pool is tiny and poorly lit at night time. Heads up, that parking is located in next door parking garage for 13.00 a day. Didn't mind as much since hotel does have a loading/drop off area.
Ken was great. He had a fun personality and he took care of us every time we needed something.
Hotel walking distance from my destination. clean, and friendly staff.
I like not having the housekeeper coming to my room everyday, only when I needed her to come. Because of the pandemic the breakfast choices were either a bagel or cheerios. Other than than that I really love this place.
This hotel is nice and clean and very conveniently located to Baylor hospital. I have stayed here twice when my husband has had to have surgery. The staff is friendly and very accommodating .
Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing
They don’t clean your room on weekends (for eco reasons they claim). They also don’t staff the hotel. Called down to ask for a blanket only to be told I’d have to come down and get one myself. Staff was rude and not helpful. Overall a very poor stay.
I loved that this property was so clean and everyone was so friendly. I was there for a convention. My average Lyft was only about $8 to the Kay Bailey Convention Center, breakfast was surprisingly good, and they have a 12p check out which allows you to attend morning things without stress on your last day. I highly recommend it.
The property itself was ok. Nothing special, but location was desirable and convenient.
First, small bath. Two, main entrance is like "where?" Third, not really a suite. More of a room with two queens where one was taken out and a couch put in with a draw string curtainyou can open or close to separate. That's not a suite. Not to mention the paid parking is next door shared with Baylor and valet service stops at 8pm, and weekend maid service only if requested. Not near what one expects from Hilton. Staff was very nice though, but said couldn't use reward points since made reservations through Orbitz. Manager very nice, helpful, but hotel, would'nt go back.
Close to Baylor White hospital which makes it convenient. Staff is helpful.
2 emergency evacuations took place during my stay, not explanation as to what was occurring.
Excelente trato muy buen hotel buenos desayunos las atenciones fueron de primera recomiendo las estadías en este hotel
