Lovely property lovely service. We were given a room that was not totally ready so they gave us another room that had a bad smell. Otherwise we were quite happy. Slow service in the bar.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. I only give a 4 star because my bathroom was out of shampoo and the hotel does not offer any selection of tea in the room. So if you are a tea enthusiast you could wait 1.5 hours and be charged over $20 for two tea bags. It’s not the price, it’s the standard and the lack of thoughtfulness. Also if you want camomile at night you’re out of luck. I hope someone in upper management fixes this problem since I’m sure there is a large population of people who drink tea and will be disappointed just like me.
