This hotel by far he worst outdated dirty had bees and roaches in the rooms

There was no daily cleaning service and the rooms were small and dated

2 things: 1- the walls are paper thin! Was on the top floor, which had an amazing view of the city, but loud neighbor talking on cell phone. I could hear his complete conversation. 2- there’s a $10 parking fee! I don’t remember seeing this when I made reservations. Overall, my room was clean.

The hotel was relatively clean but was a bit dated and starting to look a bit rough- scuffs on walls , baseboards chipped. The room has peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and the worst shower I have ever taken.

Great place. You have to pay to park your car so add $10 to the price. I chose double tree for the cookies but the two times i went to the front desk they didnt have any.

The room was super small and the bathroom was tiny. The shower was so little my husband couldn’t even fit in it. I could hear the room next to us easy so very thin walls. The lady that checked us in was super friendly but I was disappointed with facility itself

This was one of the nicest "quick getaway" rooms I've enter had. Thanx Hilton!

It was great but due to Texas winter storm lost power and water source...

Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The room was extremely dusty and the shower head was broken. I also saw hard water stains on towels and on the floor. I took pictures

Front desk was excellent & friendly. Rooms were sanitary! Enjoyed my stay.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. In particular, front desk staff Marwa was excellent and made our stay very enjoyable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about your recent stay at our hotel. As our guest, you are our most valued and sincerely appreciate your feedback. I am very sorry we did not exceed your expectations especially honoring a daily housekeeping room service during your stay with us. Due to short of staff, we have limited service in our property, and we request our guest in case it is needed to call the front desk for any kind of request. This notice was on the sticky note in your key packet. It is unfortunately that our front desk team member did not explained it too you during your check in process. I will address the issue as soon as possible during our stand up meeting. Your comments will help us as we continually work to improve our guest experience. At DoubleTree by Hilton, we promise to do whatever it takes to ensure you are satisfied and hope you will consider staying with us in the future.
