The room was accidentally double booked so our door was opened in the middle of the night by someone getting in late. There was a large party crowd for a music festival/rave so it was kind of rowdy and loud

Double tree never disappoints, and this location definitely deserves recognition. Thank you! Great stay, even the most economical room felt like I was upgraded to the best, views, very clean and attentiveness from the staff was great!

Not a hidden gem

Great hotel and area. Unfortunately, the hotel room had some concerns: Clogged tub, low pressure water. Loud drilling noise from a neighboring room. TV channels and WiFi not always working. When I asked the hotel front desk, they waived it off. They offered to give me a different room, I declined because I had already unpacked and settled in. Overall, nice place but will never book again. Additionally, the hotel attendants were not the friendliest. This included a gal named Lindsey and a tall gentleman (didn’t get his name). Very “upity” with their attitude. It didn’t feel comfortable to ask them questions about local eateries or places to get a drink. I thought about asking for a manager call back, but just not worth the time. Zero customer service… #dissappointed

There was an issues with the room we stayed in, I had 2 issues one with the thermostat and one with the shower, the shower issue was my fault, but I highly believe there is an issue with the thermostat in room 922. We checked in the room was very very cold, we tried to turn the thermostat up and the screen did not respond it lit up dimmed displayed thermostat brand went dark. We managed to get it them temp reasonable with the issues we where having

Great stay

Room was good. Ac sometimes turned off by itself. We would have a little trouble turning it off/on to stay on. But after a little tinkering we got it. My only complaint, which is just a personal preference, the pillows were way too soft. Nothing the hotel can really do. Just forwarning to anyone who needs a more supportive pillow, bring your own.
