$45 Valet Parking. Metered parking along perimeter of hotel. Quite a few homeless are hanging around the hotel. 9th floor was HOT. Comfy beds. Tiny pillows. Spacious. Wood floors creak loudly.

I got this hotel for my daughter and granddaughters to stay one night because of a big event at the OMNI/Kay Bailey convention center.(NCA) I did not stay, just, daughter and granddaughters were going to stay. My daughter got to the hotel and tried checking in and she could not check in because hotel told her she had to have a physical credit card or debit card to check in. She did not have either one. I could not drive to downtown Dallas at 8pm, therefore she had to cancel. Because of this incident, she had to drive 1 1/2 hours back home. She said the service was not very friendly.

Good choice for central Dallas

Great location, the staff was very friendly, the internet connection was stable, the kitchen and work stations in the room were very useful. The proximity to all downtown Dallas has to offer was great also.
