Garbage. I went for work and the rooms are decent but the walls are paper thin. First night I was there I had to work at 8am which is 6am my time. Way too early. I went to bed and was woken up at 3:07 to the people in the next room having screaming porn sex and it went on until after 4:30. Finally I had to call down to the front desk because this hotel claims to have “quiet hours from 10pm-8am” and noise complaints will get you evicted. They said they would send security up, but these people didn’t get kicked out they kept me up until we’ll after 5:40 in the morning with their noise. Had a horrible nights rest for work Saturday. Then. The next morning I was woken up and jumped out of bed thinking someone walked in my room because of the CRAZY loud noises every door makes when it’s opened or closed. I thought someone came into my room to the point I flew out of bed. They never had any water in the fridge for purchase even though it was 100 degrees and they seemed put out when I asked. Bathroom and kitchen were nice, but then there were really sketchy characters that kept following me around outside and I couldn’t tell if they were guests of the hotel or randoms. They also were supposed to charge my credit card 100$ for incidentals. I just checked my cc and they charged 150. And then another 100. Then 140. Then 100. Then 115.32. That’s over 600 dollars they’ve charged me and the last two charges happened AFTER I checked out. They have no permission to authorize my card. Awful.

The hotel was nice and the room was large and had everything we needed, but I was way overcharged for fees that I was told I wouldn’t have, and items were stolen out of my vehicle while in the care of valet parking.

I love that it felt like a tiny apartment. Definitely did not feel homesick!

Great use of an old building converted into very spacious units. Would definitely recommend.

Really nice hotel downtown. Clean comfortable modern. Huge rooms and really cool lofty style. Nice continental breakfast is a bonus.

They wanted $30/night for valet parking in a dumpy parking lot with a chain link fence that was falling apart. There were a lot of homeless and shady people there. The beds were so uncomfortable. The hotel smelled of Marijuana. Awful experience, we won't go back.

My family and I Love this hotel and always stay with Townplace when we are visiting family!!

I booked a "suite" like room with the kitchen and 2 queen beds plus the pull out couch. Now when I arrived at the property they told me this room I booked specifically was not available and the best thing they could do is switch me to a king bed room with the pull out couch or switch to the other hotel without the kitchen. So we take the one with the king bed and couch just to find that the couch was broken and would not pull out. So at 3 am they had us switch to the room next door. Which was very inconvenient overall.

Solid breakfast but theee was loud music like a party around 8am Sunday morning.
