It's an old tired hotel that the staff does their very best to keep up..... WiFi is spotty, workout room is located in a room the size of an xlarge closet. The pool is incredibly small (skipped that experience) and the rooms are small. I could drone on, but I'm sure you get my drift...

Air conditioner was extremely loud and we had to turn it off to sleep. No microwave in room to heat up food we brought with us.

Room was warm when I arrived. I set the thermostat down to cool off the room. Left to got to dinner. arrived back at the room late, room still to warm. To late to call for service. The next morning I called front desk and asked for them to check the A/C unit. After 2 hours, I called again. Three hours later I called again. At 4 pm I left for a meeting and stopped by the front desk. They said they would send someone to check. When I got back to the room at 9 pm room was finally cool. The bedsheet had a tear in it, the shower curtain wasn't long enough to stay in the tub, so water was all over the floor after a shower. I will never book this hotel again.

Friendly staff, very clean. Want to know go see for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

The hotel has not been updated for a while. No mini fridge in rooms. The water comes out with so much pressure from the bathroom faucet that you have to watch yourself from getting wet. Hard to find parking spots when hotel is completely booked.

The view is excellent but the rooms on the top floor (21st) were noisy probably due to the nigh capacity A/C or Fan units on the roof. The breakfast was very nice as well the entire dining area.

Staff friendly rooms very nice. Shuttle to airport is great plus security for your vehicle. This is a good deal

Very old hotel. Orbitz has the hotel as having mircrowaves and fridges, they don't. Staff was friendly, hotel seemed clean till I found a roach wondering around the bathroom. Landscaping is begging for maintenence, no cleaning agents available for exercise machines. Ate at the restaurant a couple of times, food wasn't bad.

They were totally overbooked. When I asked the desk about checking in, the woman said "we do those type of bookings last sir". I left for 30min and came back and checked in with a man who was much friendlier. I had no car. Very sketchy area. And I'm a guy. Hotel was ok, but I wouldn't stay there again.

nice stay, close to American airlines arena, by highway, downtown

Wonderful staff but beds were rock hard and the a/c did not work properly and took FOREVER to cool down.

The hotel has major issues with their heating and cooling units. Our first night was super cold in the room and the thermostat did not work. When I called the front desk I was told that I was lucky to have called when I did because the on-sight maintenance man (the only one) was leaving for the night and he is the only one that can change the unit from blowing cold air to heat. When he arrived he had to use a screw driver to take off the wall panel and change it to heat. He mentioned while in the room that he was super busy because he had to do that to every room that asked. During the day he had to come and turn the heat off to blow cold air again. It got really hot in our rooms during the day until that was done. The hotel staff was nice it was just a very uncomfortable stay. Will never stay again.

Great place to stay, staff and location is great, shuttle drivers are helpful and restaurant and bar staff very nice, I would love to go back and stay longer

We are 3 adults. the queen bed was not suitable for 2 adult. It had not sofa bed. It had not refrigerator.

hotel staff was very friendly, was always available for anything that I needed.

I was in town for my annual Mary Kay Seminar. The staff seemed to take issue with the fat that I reserved this room through a third party on-line. I was told that my IHG membership meant nothing because I booked on-line. Everytime I requested something I was reminded that I booked on-line. The coffee pot in our room did not work, we called three times and it was never repaired or replaced. The bureau had a broken drawer, I requested that it be fixed or exchanged, nothing was done. We were treated like step-children all because we booked on-line. I will never stay there again, and I will not be using third party booking services again.

the hotel smelled like Indian people Alll over. I still can't get that smell off. I was disappointed with the shampoo and conditioner. Also there was no plastic bag in the closet for the guest to use if needed like most all hotels.

Stayed for a weekend in Dallas. Easy access to roadways for travel. Room was spacious, cool temperature upon arrival. For the money, was definitely worth it.
