Decent hotel. The hotel staff was extremely friendly besides the wait staff/ buffet staff in the restaurant located inside the hotel. The front desk girls were extremely kind and accomadting.

It was all great, but the air didn’t really work. Staff was friendly.

21 floor hotel about 7 miles from Downtown Dallas. Was once probably a very nice hotel, but unfortunately age has caught up to it quickly. If the hotel underwent a major renovation and revamp, it would once again be a great hotel. Until then, it may be best to bring your own towels. First night we never had enough towels. Second night we never had any towels at all. I had to almost fight for them. I eventually got them otherwise I was going to seek reimbursement of my rooms costs. Because if you are paying for your room, you should expect it to be properly cleaned and stocked. If you are getting your room for free, then you can't complain. I never saw the hotel taking in homeless people off the street for free, so I expect to have adequate clean towels in my room seen I'm paying to stay there.

We were really pleased with our Dallas stay at the crown. The staff was always helpful and pleasant. I understand that they’re about to begin a huge renovation project. The hotel was perhaps a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. No regrets

It wasnt bad but it wasn’t great paid slot for something isnt worth that much

Old and rundown hotel. Choose another nearby. Room was clean but decor dated and dreary

Fue muy agradable, un espacio para descansar sin ruidos...el ambiente muy limpio..

Breakfast should be included but for the price- good deal.

Okay for the price, a bit out dated but thank you for the stay. It was okay.

The staff in the hotel were extremely nice. The heating system was terrible. The water in the tub had slow drainage. The service was fantastic. The engineer came and fix the heater. The heater was just old.

I checked into the hotel and right away the desk clerk had trouble programming our keys. When we got tot he room, the keys did not work and we were let in by hotel maintenance. Had to return to the front desk to get new keys. This time they worked. The room cleanliness was poor as the bathroom was just barely wiped down and we found a previous guests contact lenses (one on the counter and one on the floor). The bathtub was extremely slippery and did not have any anti slip surface in the tub. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and was like sleeping almost on a board.

I love the staff at this hotel; they're the epitome of "southern hospitality"! I did have an issue with the room being freezing cold when I first arrived, & it took maintenance 3 hours to respond to my service call! But, they eventually resolved my freezing room issue all with a smile on their faces. Great customer service goes a long way for me!!

Check in was easy and fast. Staff not too friendly. At first room looked clean with all white linens & bed spreads. When we pulled off the bed spread on one of the beds we found some old blood stains. We pulled it off & made note for housekeeping because it was late. Second night we came back late to find the beds were made with the same bedspreads. They only made the beds and emptied the trashes. Didn't leave us any new towels or cups. There was no number for housekeeping so we called the front desk and was told everyone left and if we wanted the towels we needed to come down and get it at the front lobby.

Perfectly adequate hotel with all the usual amenities. Bed and bedding were nice, everything was clean. Towels were nice and fluffy but the shower head was inadequate. Took me twice as long to shower because hardly any water came out and I tried every adjustment possible. My guess is that it's got a water restrictor but if you are trying to save money or water, this won't do it when I have to stay in there twice as long to rinse out shampoo/conditioner. Very aggravating. I did appreciate the water bottles available in the lobby.

This hotel is old. Needs to be updated. Good location and staff was friendly.

It's an old tired hotel that the staff does their very best to keep up..... WiFi is spotty, workout room is located in a room the size of an xlarge closet. The pool is incredibly small (skipped that experience) and the rooms are small. I could drone on, but I'm sure you get my drift...

Air conditioner was extremely loud and we had to turn it off to sleep. No microwave in room to heat up food we brought with us.

Room was warm when I arrived. I set the thermostat down to cool off the room. Left to got to dinner. arrived back at the room late, room still to warm. To late to call for service. The next morning I called front desk and asked for them to check the A/C unit. After 2 hours, I called again. Three hours later I called again. At 4 pm I left for a meeting and stopped by the front desk. They said they would send someone to check. When I got back to the room at 9 pm room was finally cool. The bedsheet had a tear in it, the shower curtain wasn't long enough to stay in the tub, so water was all over the floor after a shower. I will never book this hotel again.

Friendly staff, very clean. Want to know go see for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
