The apartment was great! The host communicated very well and overall everything went smoothly! I did have some issues with the code not working for the elevator but it could have been I wasn’t entering it properly. We will definitely try to book again when visiting in Dallas! Thank you!!

Everything was great except Saturday night parking is a disaster. They open the parking garage to the public and there are bars all around the apartments go no parking and the closest parking was at least 1 mile away. maybe include P1 parking for your guests so this is not an issue.

The apartment is in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It is only a few minutes from downtown Dallas. It is easy to get to and from the airport. The host is great. She resolved any issues very quickly. The apartment is comfy and cozy.

Cute and comfortable , but…

The apartment was cute, well furnished, and easy to get to various attractions. The pool was perfect for a little splash about. The balcony was a great spot for coffee. As a VRBO east coast beach house renter, I had many questions about the inner-city apartment procedures which the owner responded to in a timely manner. The key fob for the building was a lifesaver as we could never get the code to work for the elevator this made check-in and check-out more difficult as we waited in a hot elevator. We also had issues with the parking garage needing the license plate number as it wasn’t an “in and out” garage or be towed. Minor issues, but dealing with them each day detracted from the joy of the stay.

the host is accommodating and mad helpful. she let us check in an hour early so my lady's parents were able to set up flowers, cake, and balloons for her birthday surprise. the code that was sent didnt work at first, but she sent a new one over and everything was smooth afte.

I flew into town early before a conference to do a solo trip in Deep Ellum! I felt very safe as a single female traveler in the area I stayed in! The apartment was the perfect size for me and I would have been comfortable having an extra guest as well! I loved the simple decor and the host was easy to be in touch with for any questions I had!
