Very clean room, very clean property, very friendly staff, comfortable bed and very nice breakfast. It was excellent. We will definitely stay here next to we come to dallas.

Stayed here for 7 nights and didn’t feel it was a good experience. Housekeeping never came for 2 of those days and the elevator was making awful noises for about 3 days. The pool area was also very dirty at times.

Clean, modern interior. The hotel is relatively nice, but the area feels sketchy. Parking near the front of the building was limited. Food and snack options in hotel very limited.

Not bad stay.

Stay was not bad at all. Had issues with the AC which wasn’t too bad because the weather was cold. And saw a couple roaches. Other than that. Stay was ok.

Elevator broken, siren went off continuously for hours. Had to switch rooms twice because of air conditioner issues along with siren/alarm being too loud to sleep. Room carpet very dirty. All around bad experience. Room quality not up to Hilton standards

This hotel was in a great location… easy access to Greenville (back road to avoid 175) and close to lots of shopping, eating and a mall. Room was clean, staff was great. No complaints at all.
