Walking in the front door, the lobby, breakfast room and common areas were very nice. The room was spacious, and well decorated. However, I was there for three nights and not once did the AC work. The room, for me, at 73-76 degrees was way to hot and uncomfortable. I was never back to the room until midnight or later of I'd forget about the AC problem and the room would be very hot when I returned. Also, the hand soap in the shower was missing. I figure that was OK, the cleaning service would take care of it the next day then I see a message that they only come in every other day. OK, no problem, Friday it'll get replaced along with all new towels. No. They did come in on Friday and I had to leave Saturday morning at 6 am. So at 1 am, in a hot room, with no hand soap in the shower and all towels dirty I packed, selected the least wet towel from the floor so it would be dry in a few hours, and went to bed. Ordinarily I would've called for help, but at mid-night or later every night, and having been gone since 7ish every morning, that to me was too late to get help. I would give this property another visit, but I would be more critical right from the start if I found any room issues.
