The staff were helpful, responsive and respectful. I changed rooms three times when I arrived. The first room was worn and there was a huge ceiling issue over the bath tub. I had my cat who has anxiety when we travel. I was moved to another room and allowed to check it before I moved in. Then I was informed they couldn’t let me stay in that room due to the inspection people coming. I was moved next door which was not as clean and dated as that room. No wonder they wanted to have the inspector look at the other room. So now I get a smaller room with no tub as I reserved because they rooms that has tubs were worn and perhaps other issues. I had seen a roach on the maids cart and I went immediately and purchased some raid after I advised the front desk. I saw smaller roaches in my room which means they had parents there like that one on the cart. I did not have a problem with any roaches after I sprayed which I had do be very careful with my cat. The lobby was very clean and updated as most motels are when the rooms are not. I can say that the cleaning staff were always cleaning and the outside was clean. Some people did not pick up after there dog so I was sure now to walk in the grassy areas. They had a nice fitness room. My room was shared a wall with the laundry so my fridge was doing a dance all day until they closed at night. It was a safe location as I had my car filled with my belongings and I liked the fact that I didn’t have any issues there. This place needs an update
