Parking is a disaster. They need to add to their site that mandatory paid parking is not included. It adds another $20 to the rate.
This hotel was nice to stay at. Good value for the price. It is budget friendly but just as good as a more expensive local hotel. This is a good option for a short stay, and the service and food quality were very good. I liked that the hotel gives you the option of picking room service yourself down at the restaurant to avoid the delivery fee.
Friendly staff and nice facility. Would recommend to others.
Clean, friendly, beautiful and great location. I can't wait to stay there again.
The staff was great and would go back again. There isn't one thing that I could find negative.
I didn't like it and will not go back to this Hotel. The rooms are small, refrigerator empty.
Beautiful city and we'll organize hotel. I was in the city for a football game. Overall experience was definitely awesome.
Found nothing in the stay worth the nearly $100 extra per night! Everything is an additional cost internet, breakfast, even parking which was so cramped it required letting the passengers out before parking in the spots. Rooms were nice and clean, but there are many just as nice for much less $$!
I showed up an hour late to check-in after having gotten lost on my way to the hotel. I had already paid for the room but realized on the way that I had lost or trashed my debit/credit card and couldn't verify the card at the registration counter. The girl at the counter was reluctant to let me stay the night, but after talking to her manager (this was Sat. Oct. 3rd at 5pm), she let me keep the room I paid for and also comp'd my parking (as I didn't have cash and was willing to pay by check, but they didn't accept them). Had it been left up to the girl at the counter, I would have been out of 140 bucks, but to her manager, I am very grateful. I recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a no-hassle, comfortable night's rest!
I was attending a weekend Women of Faith conference held at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. The hotel was great. I needed a room with 2 beds and was given a King size suite which worked out great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The onsite restaurant was good with their breakfast buffet being top notch! There were only 2 things that were not good: 1) doors were locked with no access from the parking garage at night and 2) the entrance and exit from the parking lot did not work at all while I was there.
The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are modern and well maintained. The bed us super comfy.
Love staying at the Dallas Renaissance Hotel. It's our go-to hotel. Great rooms, friendly staff. Location makes it easy to get anywhere in the city.
The hotel is clean it has a great restaurant. A bit over price but not too bad.
The staff was very courteous and helpful, everything is close by. Great price for the hotel
This hotel is nice but overpriced in my opinion. $16 for overnight parking on top of a very high room rate. I won't be going back. It just wasn't that nice.
Great hotel. Very clean and quiet. The parking was a little pricey, but nothing unusual. I loved the location!
Clean, nice, comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Good value for the money. Check-in was easy. Self-parking was easy and convenient.
Lacks a few amenities. But over all great stay wonderful view and quick access to highway.
I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel, our check in staff was sweet and polite and the room was very high quality, big and very clean. The parking very close by at a reasonable daily rate. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Perfect location and view to the downtown & surrounding areas. I highly recommend this hotel.
Refused to honor room type I had reserved, then Idiscovered they failed to clean the bathroom in the first room I was assigned. No apology from management when I spoke with them.
