This was our first time staying there. It was a really good experience. The rooms were smaller, but quality. Service was solid. Everyone was very friendly. This was for the location by the Galleria in Dallas. The only complaint would be charging for breakfast. It’s just out of what these hotels typically do. Non-traditional. The quality of the breakfast doesn’t seem escalated enough to warrant the $20 charge. Not a huge deal. We would stay here again. I hope that they change their approach to breakfast.

The hotel was great except for the parking. Street parking was free, but to find a place to park on the street that wasn't two or three blocks away was like winning the lottery. They do have a parking garage that costs 24 dollars a night. Even the garage was a block away. The walls are very thin as well. You can hear everything.

The floor we were on was kinda noisy. Someone was yelling and crying at 12am. The ac in the rooms is some of the best Ive experienced. Maybe that’s what “AC” stands for. Only complaint is the ac thermostat stays lit all night.

The lobby and all common areas smelled like a handsome well built man!!! I was looking for my husband as I entered! That scent should be bottled and sold only at AC Marriott hotels (I deserve royalties for this marketing idea once it’s implemented😬). The vicissitudes of customer service varied from awesome to mediocre quickly, however. Some front desk staff members we encountered were nice and helpful, others (one in particular) was dry, bordering rude and housekeeping only replaced one washcloth and two towels when they were three of each in the soiled pile we left. Other than that, I would absolutely book with AC Hotels in the near future! The aesthetics are very classy and modern with a crisp, clean touch which made our 3-generational stay quite comfortable. Oh! And let’s not forget to mention no carpet and leather seating in the rooms, which is my non-negotiable! Also, in walking distance to Galleria Mall! The pool area could use some warmth and character though! I’ll be back Dallas!
The most darling little restaurant and the happiest staff I’ve encountered in a WHILE! I’d go here monthly if I lived in Dallas.
