For this to be a modern technologically advanced property, we encountered many issues. We could not access our room with our room keys and the in-room iPad that controls the lights/ac/etc was also not working. I had to request ice to be brought to our room at least 3 times. I would also like to recommend the bar/lounge area to install a tv to broadcast sporting events etc considering Dallas is a huge sports town.
Friendly staff! Clean facility! Beautiful Art! Enjoyed my stay...
I stayed at the HALL Arts Hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was such a pity to see this beautiful hotel in the arts district almost empty. The facilities are gorgeous and decorated with amazing artwork. The staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere despite the extraordinary circumstances of my visit. I look forward to returning to the HALL Arts. Definitely my first choice of a place to stay in Dallas, TX.
Loved the size, room was lovely and location was fabulous! Restaurant service and knowledge was so so at best. Need to take the food / staff up a notch in the restaurant! Everything else was wonderful!
This is a new property and has great service except in dining area. I will definitely go back. We had a corner King room and it was excellent. Location is good for downtown.
Very close to uptown, 10 minute walk to a nice selection Of restaurants and minutes to to all art museums.
