Horrible. Host completely unresponsive. Will not use again. I am a travel advisor and this transaction put me in an impossible situation. I probably lost this first time client. I can’t recommend your service.

DO NOT RENT!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried reaching host 3 days before check in after seeing a very negative review for the property that had been posted after we booked the property. Messaged him three times through the VRBO message board and tried to call three times. Contacted VRBO with our concerns the night before check in. Was told to give him until the following day. Tried to contact him again and so did VRBO on two separate occasions. Never heard from the host. He cancelled after 5PM on the day of check in and left my self and family (6 people) with no where to stay. It was the night of the UT vs OU football game/state fair and couldn’t find a room nearby for under 1,000 for the night. Forced to drive back to San Antonio and put our family at risk. Please never rent from this host and protect yourself and your family!!!!
