Flights Review

Mar 12, 2020

when i wished to change my seat they only offered seats with a financial upgrade. once onboard, there were MANY seats empty that were at the same price as my ticket. this felt like a hustle to me.not good service there.

Mar 5, 2020

Good customer service

Dec 4, 2019

Plane was filthy. Not enough turnaround time. Floor was disgusting, tray had food on it, no soap in washroom at the beginning of the flight. Everything else went well, but please tell Alaska to clean up their act!

Dec 3, 2019

All great!! On time, Service on flight was great

Jun 13, 2019

Two other flights at the gate were boarding at practically the same time as ours. Seems like poor planning to have two flights boarding at the same time.

Jun 12, 2019

Flight attendant was so helpful and even took a picture of Mt Rainier for me

May 24, 2019
