Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind
Food that isn’t messy would be preferred. We had a very crumbly snack today.
Inflight entertainment touch screen wasn’t working properly, headphone that did not work. Overall service was good though.
787 is a great plane, so quiet. I was comfortable the entire flight in eco class.
best airline I've flown on
I realize this is impossible to do much about, but just a little more room in economy would make the whole trip so much more pleasant. I'm tall with long legs, and had enough difficulty getting in and out of my seat that i ended up spilling every drink i was served...
I wish Aer Lingus would have sent an email as soon as they knew that plane had "operational difficulties" and cancelled that flight on Jan. 18, 2018. I could have caught a British Airlines flight just 1/2hr earlier to London. And, I had called to confirm it the afternoon before, which it was all on schedule at that time. So I spent nearly 4hrs in the Belfast airport until the Aer Lingus staff figured out how to get me out that day. I am grateful they paid for the 1.5hr taxi ride to Dublin.
I will fly with Virgin again
