This hotel is typical of the Westin brand, which has nicely appointed lobbies, very comfortable rooms, and good front desk staff. Since they are an airport hotel they have a TV with all the arrivals and departures from the Atlanta airport. They have a good store, and the bar is spacious and comfortable.

Have stayed here many times, nice, clean, hotel close to the airport.

As usual, the front desk staff is always exceptional. My room was fine, neat and clean - a few issues that were resolved within a few minutes. I will definitely stay again.

Staff was unprofessional and not courteous to my wife as she tried to check in while I parked the car, as reservation was in my name. They insulted her when she handed them a foreign passport as identification. They rip you off with $19 night self parking. Loud and disturbing guests keeping you up all night. Low class clientele. Avoid this hotel!

Odd check in to start....no information provided...just handed a rm key. Before Security pounded on my door....someone thought it was funny to pound on my door and leave...then 10 minutes later Security came pounding on my door 3 AM stating a noise complaint! One person....with T.V. playing low.not sure what's happening. My breakfast request via the door hanging slip wasn't honored...stating they had some confusion about my room number! I did finally get it an hour later....no charge.

Overall, very pleased with our stay. Only thing that I didn’t care for was the rude female bartender at the lobby’s bar who didn’t care to greet us or ask if we wanted drinks or to order anything.

The hotel is convenient to the Atlanta airport and is clean and comfortable. However, it it very hard to find a place to park to check in. When I arrived there was not any space at the arrival area as it was full of the shuttle buses and signs advertising valet parking. After driving through, there was not sufficient signage for directions and I ended up in the paid parking area to check in. Not much of a welcome!

We stayed at the Westin hotel overnight. immediately we noticed a funky smell upon checking in, the furniture in the room was pretty dirty and stained and the bed sheets had some dirty spots. The room service was super slow and food quality was mediocre, tasteless and cold (FYI we had a veggie pizza and chicken noodle soup).

The hotel is very comfortable and has a great staff. The rooms were well kept.a great hotel for the money and convinent to the Hartsfield airport.

Staff was very professional and the hotel was quite clean and welcoming. As a returning guest, I have always had a pleasant stay. From the time I enter the doors until the time I left the parking area, I felt like part of the family. Checking in the front desk, the worker promptly found my reservation, provided my keys, and was able to answer all of my questions pertaining to the hotel’s parking, restaurant and other areas. I will definitely be returning whenever I visit Atlanta again.

EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK A WHILE TO CHECK IN. I WOULDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT MY STAY HERE. 2ND TIME BOOKING THIS HOTEL AND IM SURE IT WON'T BE THE LAST. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR HAVING ME & A SPECIAL THANKS TO SIMMONE AT THE BAR. SHE'S FANTASTIC

Hotel parking costs annoying. Hallways and rooms dated. Maid service incomplete with lack of towels. Only benefit is proximity to the airport.

Very nice room. The bed ,shower, and chairs were all very nice.

Free airport shuttle makes it easy to get to & fro the airport. Although the hotel could stand some remodeling, it was clean, quiet, cool, and very comfortable. Being exhausted from traveling, I ordered room service and it was good and arrived within the promised 1/2 hour. Staff was courteous and helpful.

First time to Atlanta,staff was very helpful and awesome.Bar staff very efficient and will stay there again.

My stay was quite uncomfortable, the King size bed gave me much discomfort, the shower had rust and the shower shelf was broken. I was very disappointed with the room itself, as per the website the rooms looked more up to date. The rooms are somewhat updated but paint and cosmetic improvements are very much needed. I would stay at this hotel for the convenience of being close to the airport but do not think this was worth my money due to lack in the previous areas I listed above.

They warned me if I ordered the lentil soup I might get sick. Wow. I'll Pass.

My family checked in without a hitch, enjoyed a few hours in the pool! Then went back to our room and slept without hearing a sound!

Before Security pounded on my door....someone thought it was funny to pound on my door and leave...then 10 minutes later Security came pounding on my door 3 AM stating a noise complaint! close to airport.

The hotel is convenient to the Atlanta airport and is clean and comfortable. However, it it very hard to find a place to park to check in. When I arrived there was not any space at the arrival area as it was full of the shuttle buses and signs advertising valet parking. After driving through, there was not sufficient signage for directions and I ended up in the paid parking area to check in. Not much of a welcome!
