Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean to the eye but found a lot of trash under the beds and you can definitely tell it is an older hotel. Elevator was extremely slow. The beds are some of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.

Guy at front desk had a really crappy attitude the room was disgusting we didn’t even stay and they wouldn’t refund us the pictures online are great looking but once there the room is dirty and outdated never will stay there again

Not very well maintained, not really clean. The worst part was the sewer smell on our room. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, left the morning after one night and paid for a different hotel. Front desk person, while apologetic, stated they could not refund.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and it’s totally close enough to The island to walk… we walked it in the dark with multiple teens a 7 year old and 2 year with zero complaints

The room itself was dirty; walls had dirt on them and paint peeling. Beds were clean and comfortable. Sink in bathroom drained very slow. Pool was nice and clean, but didnt provide towels or bathroom in pool area. Overall good experience.
