The location can't be beat and everyone is so friendly! From the outside, the property is dated, but the rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable!

Love the Norma Dan Hotel. In Pigeon Forge near the end of the parkway, so it close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. The rooms come with a microwave and mini fridge, so our Vegan traveler was still able to have access to familiar foods when we couldn’t find something during our outings. Since it’s close to the end of the parkway, the traffic dies down at night and it’s very quiet and able to sleep. The room was cleaned every day and new towels given. Such a rarity now a days. This is my 2nd stay and I’ll securely stay again.
