The first time I took shuttle to hotel I had to wait more than 2 hours and they said their shuttle broken but they did not find the way to communicate to customers or airport helpers at shuttle station. When some customers called them they give different directions and we were very disappointed. Finally they asked shuttle of other hotels to take us. I have very bad experience with this hotel.

Not a great experience. The weed smoke throughout the hotel was out of control. The room above me had a leak and the staff did not bother to let me know. So, I had the pleasure of waking in the middle of the night to water pouring into my room without any notice. Absurd to not notify me.

Staff left me outside while they finished something as I stood outside a locked door. Safe? Yes but as a single older female, I'm hardly a threat to 2 men at the front desk. Room was fine breakfast was good. Breakfast staff was above &beyond!!!

Bed moderate, not as comfortable as Holiday Inn a few days earlier. Also noise from air conditioners will wake you up. Food options fine, has Gluten Free for muffins and scrambled eggs. Granola, dried fruit and yogurt. It worked for both of us.
