Nothing was special it’s a place close to the airport

Very clean! Very bright lights in the back parking area - made me feel safer. Carpets were still wet from being recently cleaned. Would have been nice to know before I took off my shoes. Otherwise all good!

The property was over booked so they had to send me to another hotel about 10 min away. Luckily, I had a rental vehicle. After that inconvenience, the next morning I had to check out of that room at 11 am. When I got back to the original location, I was told that a room wouldn’t be ready until 3 pm. So I was without a room for approximately 4 hours and had to find something to do or just sit in the car. There was nothing offered due to the inconvenience. Not even free parking. Terrible experience.

Didn’t have the room for my wife at midnight. Room paid for. Oversold. Bad form.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were neat and good sized, beds were very comfortable as well.

We stayed there along with our two children. Everyone was getting bites during the night , turned the lights on, and there were bed bugs. We tried to call management the next day (without a callback) and for several days after (without a callback) about it as we had to leave for flights early the next AM. . We finally filed a formal complaint with corporate office and then finally received a callback after that along with a refund. The hotel is nice and the location was ideal for an airport stay, but the bed bugs and the management’s slow response were lacking.

The ataff was amazing and accomodating. The breakfast was delicious the only thing is I dont eat pork so the pork in the breakfast potatoes made me sad because they did look good. They do habe turkey sausage which was great. Parking was $10 a day here which waa cheaper than another hotel I looked up. Easy access from airport and back to rental companies. My room didnt have a safe but the beds were very comfortable and spacious. The shower head felt so good when you took a shower. I loved the fact the bldg is locked down and you have to enter with your room key so I fe warning llt totally safe

I didnt like that there was no pool available for the guest

No bottled water in rooms?? I'd even pay for it... Nobody to help with luggage?? Staff was friendly and tried hard, but come on....
