Everyone was fantastic at customer service. The breakfast was yummy and the pool is a great amenity we experienced during the holiday weekend. Paul was exceptional at porter service for our stay. Front desk agent Tamara greeted us with a smile and very polite. I now have my preferred hotel to stay when visiting Atlanta from DC.

Terrible experience. Stay away from these people. They robe you if they can. I booked a room by mistake. A few minutes later I booked the room, I startedn trying just cancel the booking and get a refund. This went on for hours. An Expedia team tried with them as well. They refused to refund me. They charged my card for nothing.

Key card to the room only works for 24 hours at a time even when you’re checked in for multiple nights, so make sure your ok getting all the way up to your room with items to only have to go back down each day and have the front desk fix your card.

Good stay

This was an ok stay. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast is just ok, not a lot of options. The only two concerns are: this is probably not a hotel to stay with kids. There was so ouch weed smoking it was all over the hallway. I don’t know how a hotel can have no smoking but allow people to smoke weed. The second is a better schedule for cleaning. The front staff said to let them know after two days and before 11, to have the room cleaned, which I did. They said the cleaning schedule is from 9-5. I left at 8 in the morning came back at about 2:30, still not cleaned. I left again came back at 5:30, still not cleaned. So I had to leave again and came back at 7 and it was finally cleaned. It shouldn’t take that long to clean a room. These are the only two issues. Everything else was fine. This hotel needs to make some changes at best it’s a 2.5-3 star hotel.
