The picture on the website said the room had a pull out couch there was no pull-out couch in my room just a chair

The tv was not working and when we asked the front desk to fix it they sent someone who had no idea what he was doing so we went our entire stay without one. We were locked out of our room (our keys did not work). A bit dilapidated; stains in the carpets.

This property is absolutely terrible. It has water damage throughout the hallways it smells like mold and mildew. There are clear and obvious signs of water damage in the hallways as well. My room had blood on the door on the curtains and had a damprid hanging in the window. The carpet was not clean there was mold around the toilet in the tub. All the furniture in the room was damaged and dirty. The walls in my room were damaged and dirty. There were spiderwebs in the corners and throughout the ceiling. The bed linens had dirt in oil stains on them and the carpet was absolutely terrible with stains, dirt and mildew in it as well. The room smelled absolutely terrible. Do not stay here!

I arrived early and the lady working made sure i was able to get into a room.
The bathroom floor and tub were very dirty. I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower in the morning. Th rest of the room seemed okay.

Really awful. Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable, ac was a jet engine, no WiFi. Checked out an booked a hotel nearby. Worse than a truck stop motel. My partners exact words. “diseased sh*t hole old building stained peeled paint no WiFi too horrible”. How properties like this stay in business and charge more than $5 is beyond me. Management needs to do better.
