Lost electricity - no generator on property. Hotel had no lights - even in stairwell. Boyfriend missed a step and fell down the stairs. The charged my debit card for the room (twice) and the deposit of $100 four times. The hold took 4 days to be released from my bank while on vacation. Went to the gym and none of the cardio machines had power cords. I asked the front desk for the cords and they informed me there weren’t any. The employees were very nice, however.

The room was ok. A bit dark and needs some updates. The bathroom door handles were falling off but overall the room was clean. The breakfast was decent and the staff was courteous and pleasant. Check in and checkout was seamless.
