Great condition great location great cleanliness great service great staff

It was in the perfect location close to a mall and food places! Staff was really friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Room is smallish and claustrophobic. No exhaust fans in bathroom, yuk. Heavy entry doors lack a simple hinge to control the door closing and thus avoiding the loud, SLAM BANG heard quite often. Name of a hinge for that is called. LCN 4011 Smoothee-Heavy Duty Institutional Adjustable Door Closer

I was there for a 3 day conference. The hotel was HOT and only 1 out of 4 elevators were working. The restaurant food was very good. The hotel staff was nice.

Not happy with getting charged for parking. Parking fees should be with room.

I found this hotel on Orbitz for a 2 day concert at Dodger Stadium. Convienently located to Burbank Airport, $15 Uber ride. Nicely remolded and a great staff. The pool and pool service was great. Easy walking to downtown Glendale with shops and food and bars. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety. I would defintely stay at this hotel again.

Orbitz booked us on a double room and when we arrived at Hilton they only had king for our family.

The rooms were clean and my family was overall satisfied with our stay. But a few things to improve, the water tap (faucet) and the bathroom shower should be upgraded and the beds should be queen instead of full/double beds.

It was a nice stay at the Hilton. It's nearby a lot of good food and activities, and located in a nice, safe area. Also a nice point to go to all the areas around los Angeles. Nothing is too far away.

Everything was just beautiful! Staff was excellent, pleasant and helpful. Reading reviews was helpful and after being there ourselves, I agree with the high ratings of this hotel. Being from another state, we were not familiar with paying a high dollar to park in their underground parking. Seems that they could just go ahead and include the parking in with the room rate. Charging for parking was something I really didn't like. I noticed other hotels charged for parking too and maybe this is something California does as a whole. All in all, we loved this hotel and would definitely use it again!

Every request I had was met promptly & with a smile. I really felt the staff's desire to provide quality service. The bed & pillows were cuddle me comfortable. My room was tucked in a quiet corner, as I had asked. The decor & delicious dinners in front of the fireplace felt intimate, even with the lobby right behind me. No blasting music or loud tv programs to disturb the peaceful setting. This was a very nice stay.

We stayed at the hotel but the check in was very slow and the sheets smelled like mildew. Spoke to management but they were slow to understand the complaint .

Great place to stay! Will definitely recommend it to family and friends

We had a one night stay and the hotel feels very upscale. Beautiful upscale rooms and lobby and helpful saff

Lobby, entrance, 1st floor in general is very nice. Parking is convenient. Room was so so. Included breakfast was excellent Close to downtown and close to highways Area seems safe

Nice hotel. Great location for our needs during this trip in that part of town

Overall stay was good with only a few minor annoyances. Hotel and room were clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Free Wi-Fi was actually good, better than any other Hotel we have stayed at so far. There was plenty of self serve underground parking and we often found a spot directly in front of the elevator entrance. Definitely geared toward the Business Traveler but good for our Family. We were in the area from Northern California for a long weekend with plans to visit Universal Studios and LACMA and were booked on a campus tour of USC for my older son. This Hotel location was a short driving distance from everything we had planned, and was down the street from Shake Shack, Porto's and Americana at Brand. Regarding those annoyances, the shower pressure was not strong enough and the toilet would not always flush properly, clogging and overflowing one night of our stay. Most annoying? We booked 4 people in our room, but housekeeping continually set us up with only 3 sets of towels. Every night I had to call for an extra bath towel. On the third night I walked down to the front desk to make sure it was recognized that 4 people were in the room. The person at the front desk called housekeeping and asked that they make sure 4 sets were left the next day. Still only 3 sets were left. Didn't feel like calling back down so we told our boys to skip their shower the next morning. Also, despite the water conservation notes, there were no racks for us to hang towels for reuse

My stay was most enjoyable. Staff was very professional, and helpful. Check-in was quick, and efficient, as was check-out. I was greeted in a cordial manner, and any requests were dealt with efficiently. I will most certainly use Glendale Hilton whenever possible.

Just a room to sleep in. Nothing special about it. The room was clean and comfortable. Was woken up in the morning by workers, working in adjacent room.

Great location. The hotel restaurant is beautiful, comfortable and the food delicious.
