Old, tired, and neglected property with poor services. Hilton should find a new line of business, hospitality on definitely not their game anymore. For a strong market like Glendale, they Ned to step up their game or get out.

A very well-run place that must be even better when fully operational. We look forward to staying there again when COVID ends. One small point: the coffee provided in the room was terrible.
Good hotel
I really liked the location of this hotel. The Glendale area is such a nice area I would definitely book with them again. At check in the lady Christine was a bit snippy with me and we had to constantly ask for towels and washcloths and that our bathroom be cleaned. Overall I would stay here again as I fell in love with the Glendale area.
When we got there our sink was not draining and phone was not working. We asked the staff if it could be fixed within the next 2-3 hours while we went out of the hotel. They said it was fixed. The next morning I had an interview and discovered that the sink was still not draining and the shower drain was clogged as well so I couldn’t shower before my job interview, which was the reason we came here. We went downstairs to address this issue and they gave us a different room and said the manager would not be in until 3 pm to talk to us about a refund that we asked for the first night. The second room did not have any plumbing issues but the remote for the tv, the phone, and the iron press were not working. We needed to iron our clothes for a meeting that evening and were unable to. I did voice my concerns to the manager and he was very friendly and refunded us for the first night. However it was not a pleasant stay, especially for what we were paying for. We were not able to properly get ready for these meetings and interviews that we had and it was really frustrating. Would not recommend staying here.
I was really disappointed at how dirty my room was. Especially with this COVID pandemic I would have thought the hotel would have been much cleaner. I use to really like this hotel, but was very disappointed this last visit.
The staff was very welcoming, the house cleaning team always did a great job of replenishing from day to day without me having to call them. Definitely would stay again. The property isn't brand new but well kept and it shows!
Great hotel - had kind of a difficult time getting an early check in and we had to be at a wedding at 2pm. The earliest they could get us was 1pm.
Staff make this an Awesome stay Leo and Christina from the front desk made this an Awesome stay . Just always smiling and just with a great attitude . Thanks again guys this will be the hotel we’ll stay at every time we’re in the Los Angeles area . Thanks Paul
