housekeeping staff very good room was spotless . this hotel close to everything although traffic was very heavy might take an hour to go ten mile but all in all everyone was very friendly and helpful

I thought the hotel staff were extremely nice. I asked to switch to a room with 2 beds on my 3rd night and they accommodated me with no problems. I had a very late arrival and the hotel shuttle was there right away and my check in was quick.

Close to airport is the only good about this hotel! It took 10 calls to the front desk to finally get someone to fix out heat! Two calls to get WiFi and a trip to the front desk to finally get the WiFi!

My arrivel to LA was only for one night. That's why it was only one night stay in this hotel but when I had come into this place I had a feeling that I would stay much much longer :)

Overall, ok. I noticed that the employees had lengthy, sustained, conversations with each other as if they didn't have anything more productive to do. Lots of small talk and flirting. Also, early in the a.m., the music in the downstairs area was way too loud. I appreciated the shuttle service to the airport which was great.

This hotel looks great in the lobby! The rooms are a little run down and the bath tub had rusty cracks that looked like hair. I was a little freaked out then I realized it was just cracked... the furniture was damaged in the room but when I got into that bed, my goodness. That thing was a dream! It made everything else better! I was only here on an overnight layover so I didn’t need luxury, but if you are staying longer, stay somewhere nicer:)

Checking was easy gym is ok , food from room service was ok but they forgot ingredients .

The hotel is conveniently located near LAX . So if you need a place to stay before the next flight it would be convenient. I Picked this hotel because of the shuttle service & i believe that s the first impression of the hotel. After a 14 hour flight, it was so disappointming that ithe bus i was instructed to take made ne so confused. The driver said that it s not the bus i should be taking & it s only for those who have parked & everyone was dropped of by the parking lot. The driver was so rude to me & said that he ll bring me back to the sirport & take another bus. I immediately called guest service & told them what happened, so the driver took me to the hotel anyway after so much arguing. As soon as i got there, told the conceirge and 1 of the staff talked to that particular driver & corrected him. Thanks to him. Other than that driver , everyone else is pleasant & helpful.

So we booked this hotel because it was one of the cheapest package deals we could find for Los Angeles. We also had never been to LA so we thought staying close to the airport would be better. We were definitely wrong. The hotel is very close to the airport so you hear planes taking off and landing when you're in the room. The room had no fridge or microwave so we had to heat up our food in the laundry room. The microwave was also right next to the security office so you had security people staring at you as well. The hotel also had no free continental breakfast and parking was $29 per day. And all the sights we wanted to see were about 30 minutes away. This was good and bad. We got to drive around a lot of LA and really see the city, but we noticed there were hotels right by the walk of fame that would have been cheaper and more practical. Overall, we had a great time in LA, but we'll be staying closer to everything next time.

This is my second time staying here. I specifically chose this hotel out of all the other ones.

Stayed here to get some rest before a long drive but ended up leaving at 3am since we couldn't sleep due to how loud the street/neighborhood was. Maybe the higher floors are ok but the 3rd floor did not work out for us..

This place felt like a motel room was very disappointing bathroom door chipped and didn’t close a total mess

I love how close the hotel is to the airport and to Santa Monica Beach. Very clean and updated. Free printing for boarding pass.

No fridge in the room! You also have to pay for the parking 29$ per day and there isn’t more space in the parking lot! We had to park at the hotel entrance couple days!

Close to airport. Airport shuttle was timely. Hotel is worn and in need of considerable maintenance. Meal at restaurant was good.

Already submitted different survey about same hotel. I do not recommend staying here despite brand name. Neighbors woke me up at 4am. Heard them pounding on their door, yelling, swearing, and fighting. Glad operator said hotel would send security, but things quieted down soon after I called the operator. There wasn't a button on the phone base for the front desk. On the other hand, the host at the hotel restaurant was extremely welcoming while I waited for my takeout order before I went to my room. She offered me some sweet tea that she had just made, and the sweetness was just right.

near airport
