Housekeeping did not clean my room. I stayed for 2 nights
I had a problem with my tube in the bathroom the water will not go down. I called the desk service twice and they did not sent someone until I was already in bed. Which is was late, I had to be up at 6 am for my flight as I only stated there for one night. I could not shower in the morning and I was very disappointed as they did not even offer to che fe rooms or anything.
Air was not working and older building and slow elevators

The large and nicely updated lobby had me convinced our room was going to be spacious and well appointed. Well, was I wrong. Our King room was tiny and the only chair in the room was the desk chair. Not what I envisioned for the price. The parking fee at $42 for the night was a suprise when we got here, and the parking spots were super tiny. No clear directions once parked on how to get back into the hotel. We ended up walking through a weird section, then back around to the front of the building. We're thinking we might need ear plugs in order to sleep tonight. Everything is loud. To note...it's clean and the HVAC system works.

Heating doesn'r work. The vathroom was a little dirt. Almost good as a 2 star motel.
Conveniently next to LAX airport. PARKING RATES ARE OUTRAGEOUS FOR OVERNIGHT & TERRIBLE PARKING LOT!!!
Very noisy hotel. No sound dampening efforts. Hallways to doors were loud. and window faced airport. noise dampening efforts would be helpful for this hotel. proximity to airport is very convienent for early departures though.
Stained sheets and keys didn’t work and had to return to get new keys at reception, it was like a cheap motel
