Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport

3.5 out of 5.0

This hotel is close to the major car renrals Company. Therefore take to the hotel sleep and next day walk to that Company you have got the best price and rent your car. Budget renrals car where just close to the hotel, very practical. A little minus is it really cost a lot to parkering the car therefiore wait to pickup the car when you have checket out from the hotel.

Thank you for everything it was great and I’ll come back next time thank you

Disappointing , very small room, bed was uncomfortbale and smelled of amoke

The rooms are very small and old, when we arrived they had the temperature set very warm and it made the room feel even more uncomfortable and smelly, we left instantly to dinner. There is no vent fan or window in bathroom.over all for the price and the Sheraton name the room was disappointing. The shuttle that brought us back to the airport was great, however the one that took us to the hotel felt unsafe and uncomfortable as well. The least they could do is offer breakfasts for free or re instate the beach shuttle which is why we decided on that hotel. Also the fee for parking seems very high.

Too few shuttle busses in service. Took almost an hour to get from terminal 3 to the hotel.... less than a mile. Next time will choose Sheraton Gateway. Their shuttle busses passed us every 10 minutes. Hotel was great once we got there but it was maddening to see every other hotel's do laps while we were still waiting.

nice hotel but only the lobby... the room smells like drenage... the AC didnt work... bed was so uncomfortable... old building need to remodel in my opinion... the staff was so nice and the lobby looks great really nice until You get to the uppers floors

A/C doesn’t work as thermostat is broken. Weird layout of electric outlets.

Good value and convenient. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable.

Not worth the price. Very expensive for what you get. Parking was extra and also very expensive.

Waited 20 minutes in line to get checked in. Walls are paper thin, could hear other room’s booming tv all throughout the night. Not any parking really without staff help.

Convenient location, rental car service on site,bar/ restaurant ,room service..nice

The review solely reflects on the treatment we received upon arrival on Saturday, March 10, 2018 by a bell boy named Gary. We were mistreated from pulling up to the hotel and all the way to speaking with front desk and manager— who were both helpful but Gary’s unacceptable behavior continued by arguing with us rather than apologizing. This has turned us and our whole stay very weary of the hotel because there is no reason for his actions which seemed to only be directed to us and no one else as we have noticed this same exact day. Definitely an unforgettable stay. I would never in a million years recommend anyone stay in this hotel if I know that an employee such as Gary is a part of the team. Apologizing could have softened the event but we didn’t even received that from him— rather, received a very rude confrontation and blaming the guests for NO Reason. If I were to give any advice or recommendation to help with future guests— please make sure your employees are actually advised of their actions and should face consequences for such actions. As a matter of fact, being in the customer service business, an individual should never act this way. Definitely an embarrassment not only to the company, public eye, but should also be an embarrassment to themselves as to why they should act this way. Unsure of what his reasonings are— how young we looked perhaps made him feel like it would be okay to disrespect us? Maybe. Who knows. Some people look younger than their age, regardless

fue una experiencia muy buena personal muy amable me gustó

No thermostat in our room, though we could make the heat go up and down 'generally'....having to learn how to do this by phoning the front desk, which sent an 'engineer' to explain. Our next door neighbor received different information, asked to have her room changed, ended up little better in another room and ultimately left the hotel, which reluctantly refunded her money. This is our last disappointing experience (having gotten stuck in an elevator twice before, with only quirks this time round.) We will not return. The staff seems half-aware and hoping to 'get by' but not especially happy to be there.

There in no sleeper toothbrush in the room.restaurant in lobby just Rubbish pool Area near entry door and stressful

After a tiring flight, Sheraton gave us a room with broken heater in a cold night. The front desk staff kept calling me saying there was another person with my same name asking for my reservation. The third time they called my room asking when and where I made my reservation, I was very upset. So the staff member said that they were just trying to avoid my credit card was charged twice. For mine and the other person room! It was an awful experience.

Staying at Four Points by Sheraton near Los Angeles Airport was wonderful. It is very convenient to get to from the airport by a free airport shuttle service that runs every 20 mins. The staffs are friendly and there is a swimming pool and a gym that are very nice. It is easy to catch an Uber but for some reason, the app wouldn't work properly near the main entrance. There is also a nice working space in the lobby by the pool. There is a free wifi and many channels on TV so after a long day of exploring the city, we would end the day by watching a late-night movie in our clean, comfortable room. Overall, I recommend!

From the time of my arrival, the hotel was very confusing. Not enough signs to direct you to the elevator. The room was not what I expected for a king suite. Not very clean. The shower head was broken. The bathroom was very small and not ventilation. There was construction going in the hotel. Woke up Sunday morning to a loud drilling noise. I would never stay at that hotel again. Very disappointed.

Found a cockroach in our bed at night. Called front desk. After 15 min, a clerk showed up and catch the cockroach for us. Then, it took another 15 - 20 min for the clerk to change the sheets. It's not something that we expected after a long trip...

I can honestly say that if I wasn't as busy with my event I would have many been able to have a much better experience giving the staff an opportunity with fixing the plumbing back up to both the sink and the shower tub. Stayed 2 nights and couldn't call for repair without me been there and feeling comfortable leaving all my belongings out in the open or having them move me to another room without messing with my schedule. The front desk was kind and listened to my experience and didn't ask any questions and simply made adjustment which was better than nothing. Over all if it wouldn't have been for the plumbing issues I would have rated the hotel a much higher.
