Nice for a short stay.

Front desk staff are excellent

No luggage carts. At 9pm check-in, Only ONE! front desk employee and 16 people checking in - waited in line for 30 min! Rooms are not what advertised - I had a queen size bed and EXACTLY 20 inches around the bed space - mousetrap!!! It is exactly like cheap motel…

I like the quality of the mattress

Lobby was nice which made the outdated rooms disappointing. No water pressure in bath. Few outlets to charge phone and other devices. AND THE REDICULUOUSE $42 TAX CHARGE FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING

Horrible experience! Noise hotel, the staff is so rude. No restaurants inside.the room Smell horrible, so please don’t waste your money in this hotel. Never go here again!

The room was outdated, but I did sleep fine. Found a cockroach in my room on the last day. The stay was fine, but the cockroach was gross.

It’s close to the beach! The breakfast was great! The room was so clean and the hotel was quiet. Great location near the ocean. Staff was so nice!

The room is outdated and looked like it was under construction. I used the iron which was spilling out debree of some sort. The room smelled like mold or musty. I cannot describe the smell.

This hotel is awful. The room was dirty, worn out, and smelled. No wi-fi, others complained to the desk as well. The power went out so we couldn't use the elevator. There was human feces in the stairwell. Very surprised this carries the Sheraton name.
