No bathroom knob on the door and then we got locked out of the room because the key lock battery went dead
Customer service is horrible, hotel room horrible, they had employees protesting at Lobby for an hour with a lot of noise and megaphones, I asked if for the convenience if I could check in early, they didn’t even care. Really bad experience, I would never stay there again and I’ll tell all my friends and family so they don’t stay there too

Terrible customer service. I booked 2 queen room from orbitz. Hotel first tells me that they are out of 2Q rooms. When I insist on a 2Q room, they magically find one. Once I get to the room there is only one bed! Had to go down to the lobby and stay in queue again. Then the same story and they offer to refund the booking. Mind you this is now 30 minutes later from my arrival at 1130pm with a 8am flight next morning. Finally after further debate they again magically find a 2Q room. The worst part was the attitude of the front desk where they just wanted to refund and get rid of the problem at 1130pm when they had rooms available. Apart from that hotel is dirty in a not so safe area.
Very reasonable price, therefore limited amenities in room, unposted fees and deposits (can be up to $300 ), parking fees, unsecure wifi with many security warnings (Android did not allow connection due to security concerns), central location to LAX, DTLA, beaches, stadiums, etc.

Property was great and everything was clean! Only complaint is having to pay for parking! If I’m already paying to stay there then it should be free parking for a paying guest! Besides that my stay was great!
Hotel needs heavy repair. It was raining and had a leaking roof right outside our room. Painted over rust and rotten wood. Staff was nice but the hotel needs some major repair

The property is older and needs renovation and maintenance. My shower barely had any pressure and the drain looked like it had been worked on (the cover and everything was off and there was some sort of dirt/debris all over and a cleaning clothe, looks like they didn’t finished the job before giving the room to a guest which happen to be me. 😔)
Bathroom needs updated, very old and outdated but functional
No microwave in the rooms. When checking late they have on microwave for the whole hotel to use. The bath room water has absolutely no pressure. Barely any water came out of my sink
