The only thing is the parking it to expensive to park for guest and visitors

The first room assigned to me had an AC that made a loud grinding sound. I asked for a different room and the next room's AC still made noise but not bad enough to warrant changing again. Clean but a bit dated. But good location near LAX and less expensive than other nearby hotels. I was only there one night and was not in the room much so it was fine.

Currently remodeling so hopefully it will be better when it's done.

We checked in and given a key to a room. Arriving at the room Someone was coming out. Had to go back and get a new key. The hotel was older and our bathroom door didn't shut.

The climate control of the hotel room left everything muggy and moist. The room was very small and the bathroom fixtures and facilities were old and rusted. For the amount I paid it left me feeling very unsatisfied.

I was very unhappy to learn that I was not able to get 2 beds as reserved because of late check in. There was not even a cot available. I was offered no compensation or apology by hotel.

The hotel was very old and outdated the workers were very unfriendly to us during our stay we will not be staying here again.

The hotel is not clean the towel awful I stay only to take a bath I was on transit

Hidden $29 self parking fees is a bummer. It is closer to Airport and easily accessible but not worth the price.

Windows are thin and it's loud. Bathroom and carpets were dingy.

I like the room but the hotel didn't have much to off no free breakfast ,lunch or dinner for their guest you have to pay for parking I'm from Texas we don't have to pay for parking at our hotel everything cost my next stay will be at HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS..

No parking , some floors gutted for remodel made my reservations month ago called the day I arrived had my dates wrong , corrected that with comp# they said I wasnt on the books , 30 minutes get room no hot water at all the whole stay water slow to drain and it was fizzy gray/cloudy color stay away

Expensive for the quality given and rooms not very nice and the bathroom was not very clean.

When enter the lobby it feel nice hotel. But, when we enter the bedroom, it very old and small. The celling still has popcorn Celling. Nothing match with the lobby. It does remind me someone Fram a gold teeth at their front teeth. it only wantbto shine when you look at them. The bed is too soft, next day all of us has lower back pain. Never go their again! The price is more high than Marriott even Hilton's The crazy charge of car parking is $29.00/night. Who want to go there again?

Not what you expect from a Four Points. If you get a center tower room you will be going in cirlcles trying to find your room. The bathrooms were old, worn down and unexceptable. The A/C in our room didn't work and our room wouldn't get cool on a very hot weekend. Parking lot is cramped and they allow their guests to park on the sides that make it difficulty for cars to get in and out. Horrible hotel experience - would not recommend!

It's like they took a hotel from the 70's, and just re-did the lobby. Very old and not worth the $140 price tag.

The king beds are amaizing the pillows are like clouds. The view is amazing the food and drink are amazing!

Easy to access and convient to LAX. The shuttle comes consistently and on time. The park and fly package is one of the best in the area. I use it frequently.

The recent lobby renovation looks nice and the ocation is great, but the rooms and hallways need sprucing up.

Safe. Free shuttle from lax. Walked to rental car in the morning

I really appreciate you taking the time to let us know how your stay went. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed to see that things didn’t go that well.
