The king beds are amaizing the pillows are like clouds. The view is amazing the food and drink are amazing!

Easy to access and convient to LAX. The shuttle comes consistently and on time. The park and fly package is one of the best in the area. I use it frequently.

The recent lobby renovation looks nice and the ocation is great, but the rooms and hallways need sprucing up.

This hotel has all the appearance of a luxury hotel. In reality, the rooms are terrible, facilities lack general maintenance. The rooms have mold building up around the ceiling, and just are not hospitable. Not to mention that it will cost you $39 to park your car, $45 if you have valet. What a dissapointment.

All though we just stayed overnight. The bed was so comfy for some much needed rest. Easy to find and very convenient.

Nice Lobby. Very Depressing Hallways and Rooms. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel in the LAX area.

The bathrooms needs some repair. Paint was peeling, door was sticking. It was clean but well worn. Bed was comfortable.

Clean, room was very cean but place needs to fix elevators which runs like its going to stop any moment. No heater in room was working, so cold at night.

There was no working microwave in the whole hotel. But other than that it was an ok stay.

The part of the hotel was more like a motel. It was a built in balcony and the room had no amenities.

We stayed one night after a Miami cruise heading home. The lobby was impressive, room 365 was large, clean. Would have rated hotel higher if not for 3 things: phone had no dial tone, displayed "charging" entire time we were there; the shower drain was slow so bathed in ankle deep water, and someone in next room kept trying to open our door plus the adjoining room door. Reported first 2 to frint desk clerk upon checkout.

Location very convenient to airport.shower/tub drain not draining properly standing in water as showering. Wall under the window peeling wallpaper,light in hallway by door and closet literally coming out of the ceiling and hanging down about two inches, iron in room did not work. Bed was comfortable,bathroom looked nice, nice lobby and sitting areas on main floor. Food at the hotel bar and grill decent at best. Staff super friendly, convenient shuttle to and from hotel.

Be aware there is an old part of the hotel they call "Traditional" rooms, that's just a nice way to say OLD. They are awful. Dirty walls, old carpet, stained towels, can't adjust A/C as it's locked on 75 degrees, no fridge, I could go on & on. There's nothing good about these old rooms. Request the newer rooms or don't stay here. Sheraton is tarnishing its reputation by using this old section of the hotel. I'll think twice before staying at a Sheraton now.

Staffs were rude, did not want to help the guests. Room was dirty, beds also were dirty. Air Conditioner did not work. It was just like in the sauna room! Terrible......terrible......very terrible!!!

l.a.x. nightmare!
