Showers are great. Staff not so friendly from the moment I arrived elena was rude and did not respond to my request for extra pillows. After a horrible night with no sleep i requested pillows for the second time and finally received them. No breakfast available not even grab and go. Was not warned about parking fee. They have a total of $100 for 2 nights on hold for security deposit and parking was a total of $80 dollars. Is the security deposit for parking? It does not add up. Booked through orbitz wich explains the missing information about parking. Not happy at all

Horrible property that fell well below any standard you could hope for. The bathroom was incredibly small and their beds had no fitted sheet. Unfortunately due to my late travel time, I was unaware of the fact that they did not have fitted sheets. I woke up on the bare mattress and now my skin is breaking out. I will be taking this up with their management team however I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

It was nice clean nice beds airport sounds not heard

I booked a room with a king size bed and when I checked in the attendant didn't even tell me that she was putting me in a room with two tiny beds. My husband and I were very uncomfortable for the two nights we stayed. The staff was nice and the room was clean though. We will NOT stay here again.

The property is perfectly located, the staff is fantastic but the rooms need to be updated and freshened up.

Very friendly staff. Buildig outdated and in need of overhaul Bar food very limited.

First night was good although the Room is small . When we got back 2nd day the pillows case was stained and the ac did NOT work so our room was super comfortably hot. I will definitely not be booking this hotel again.

Washing machine wasn't working properly.otherwise okay.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Front desk upgraded us, they found us a great town car service to go to the football game, and the breakfast staff were very friendly.
