nice, great views
The rooms were dirty, stained, and smelled. Definitely not hyatt regency standard whasoever. Decided to leave and not even stay a night there i felt so grossed out.
The check-in and out staff was friendly and there wasn't much of a wait. Would stay there again if in the area.
A would definitely stay again.
Great area with shopping and many dining options near by and adjacent to convention center, with great meeting rooms , somewhat ageing with limited amenities for a Hyatt
The property was outstanding. Close proximity to the beach, shopping and dining!
We like everything from the food to the shopping center
The staff is wonderful! Especially Fletch at the bell desk. We found the food options a little lacking, but there are so many restaurants within walking distance it wasn’t an issue.
Walking distance to a lot of food and activity
Awesome
The entire hotel experience was awesome
I like this property and the convenience to the beach and restaurants. There is also an Outlet across the street so this location is great. My issue was the size of the refrigerator in the room. You could literally only fit a few 16.9 oz water bottles and maybe a yogurt and that is disappointing because when you’re on vacation refrigerator space is essential. The staff was great but there wasn’t much to eat onsite within the hotel . The pool was warmed but small for the size of the hotel. One activity you may be interested in are the Swan Boat rides. I didn’t try it but it’s attached to the lake on the hotel premises. There is also a CVS vending machine which is cool for minor sickness; bumps and bruises and I think chargers. All in all it was a great time and I’ll be back.
