Great location! Clean and nice room.

The building is cool, along with the little lounge area, but it’s over priced, noisy, rundown, unfinished window, trim, no amenities, and our room had a funky smell…

Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Only complaint is no wine opener and kitchen supplies were sparse.

I think the bed mattresses need an upgrade...simple foam provided no support. Also, a plunger in the rooms would be useful.

We liked staying in a historic building. Some people might not like the stairs, but it was fine for us. Comfortable bed.

I liked the structure and the history of hotel, it was very clean, bed was comfy, I did not like the fact that we had to pay extra for parking, and that there was no front desk. Ana

While we were there people were really upset about access codes but we never had a problem. The room was larger than I expected, perfect for our son’s pack n play, and adorably decorated. We were in text communication pretty much the whole stay. It was weird to pay for parking via PayPal, but again, everything worked without a hitch. I don’t say this often because we usually just stay in whatever hotel looks good in the moment, but I’d intentionally stay here again.

I didnt like the psrking situation. I had to find a parking spot then go up to my room get the parking lot key go back to my car then drive to the parking lot.

Great location quick walk to convention center. Felt very private.

Pros: Great location Unique building Kitchenette Good value Cons: Making additional reservation for parking Having to print and email reservation form is inexcusably outdated and inconvenient Rooms are cramped Gigantic lamp on bedside table makes it inconvenient and cluttered to charge phone and iPad Room should include extra trash bags and more storage

Could hear everything and that would have been fine if my bed wasn't concrete. Slept 2 hours and found another hotel for day 2

There is no front desk. It was difficult to keep all the codes and keys straight for using the parking lot and getting into the room.

Couldn't believe how nice a room we got for the price. The check-in process was a little unique and took some getting used to. But completely worth the quality of the rental. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel is situated within walking distance to shops and even to the beach which makes it attractive for family and other travelers. The suite itself is amazing with nice decor making you feel very cozy and comfortable. The people are friendly and very flexible including its management and owners. They dont have a free parking lot but for $15 per day, they could assist you thru their partner company. Breakfast are complimentary downstairs which is a plus esp to make your day right. We enjoyed our stay not only of its location and beauty but simply because of its relaxing environment that surely makes it a perfect place for getaways.

Worst two nights ever. Degenerate people smoking and making noise from 9-230 , swearing, loud, I could not get peace until they closed and crown dispersed. If possible I would like refund

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for Valentines Day and it was perfect! The room was a bit small but it was perfect for us with its small kitchenette and bathroom was all we needed.

Stayed here for just two nights. There are NO staff on-site, so it feels very much like an apartment. Our rooms was spacious and well appointed and clean. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of all we needed. Breakfast is included (you receive a voucher that is redeemed at the coffee shop downstairs), but don't expect anything exciting (or filling). But, you have lots of good breakfast options in the neighborhood (like The Breakfast Bar, which is a ten-minute walk from the hotel).
